Bigfoot Recovered ; injured in Forest Fire.

http://user.bahnhof.se/~wizard/GUSTeng03/okandadjur_Bigfoot_injured.html

American Science Teacher say's it was a cover up: Bigfoot injured by a forest fire was taken away and hidden by the authorities

On August 6, 1999, Battle Mountain, Nevada, exploded into several simultaneous range fires in what would be known as the Battle Mountain Complex Fire. A Bigfoot was hurt in the fire according to an anonymous government employee, who alerted the Bigfoot Field Research Organization (BFRO). The story was later dismissed but acclaimed author and science teacher Thom Powell believe it really happened and that the whole story was an elaborate cover-up.

In a letter to BFRO dated "7 August 1999, Battle Mountain, Nevada" the anonymous government employee, states:

"I observed an animal wounded by fire moving on all fours not like a bear. More like ape. Fire fighters captured animal, contacted local vet and medical doctor. U.S. Department of Fish and Woldlife, Department of Interior, and Bureau of Land Management on the scene.

Animal tranquilized and moved to unknown location. Those at scene told not to talk about what they saw.

Animal approximately 7.5 feet long/tall, human like arms and legs, face not like man or ape but mixed between. Genitalia: male, uncircumcised and human-like. Hair covering most of body except chest, chest has hair but sparse, hands with sparse hair, palms bare, with five digits with human opposition of thumb and 5th digit.

Multiple burns

Speech - attempted to communicate with care-givers once it realized they were attempting to care for it. Multiple burns on hands, feet, legs and body; some 2nd and 3rd degree burns, using "rule of nines" approximately 45 per cent of body with burns.

Doctor and Vet working together providing care and moved it to unknown location locally. This notice given in violation of orders given by BLM, DOI and DF&W. Witnesses numbered in the area of 30-25. Word is out in the government agencies, and among the firefighters, since an M.D. was called out. Many thought a firefighter was injured.

Please note that I am a government employee of one of the listed agencies fighting bruse fire in wilderness area of Nevada (large scale fire approximately 70,000 acres burned) and under orders not to disclose information.

Protected area

I believe a cover up is in the making, people need ro know, the animal needs to be kept alive and studied and released in protected area".

The BFRO didn't know what to believe and on top of that they had been unable to verify that there had been a fire in the Battle Mountain area. Thom Powell: "Late Monday (August 9) I was finally able to determine from Forest Service sources that there was most certainly a large range fire in this area of Nevada".

The Battle Mountain Complex Fire had extended to 180,000 acres by Monday and had 610 personnel fighting it at that time.

Nothing else was heard from their witness despite e-mail attempts to reach him. Then, some ten days after the initial report, the witness contacted their BFRO investigator by phone. Here is parts of the report that the investigator prepared after speaking with the witness:

Strict anonymity

"Much to my surprise, tonight at about 9 PM the reporting party of the Battle Mountain incident callerd me. I talked with the gentleman for about 70 minutes. Although he is maintaining strict anonymity, I was able to put together a bit of a profile of the individual.

This fellow, whom I will give the pseudonym 'Marty', is a male, full-time worker for a federal agency. Currently he is involved in the joint fire fighting efforts in Nevada. He has extensive EMT training and experience.

He says that until this incident he had "seen it all" in fire fighting, and these days he stays mostly in the truck manning the radio. He is friendly, but not effusive. He is intelligent, likable, and fairly observant, but he isn't outstandingly articulate. He is a matter-of-fact, low-key, seen-it-all kind of character.

Very tired

His regular duties may be in personnel, as he mentioned that tomorrow he would be seeing the M.D. involved in this incident about other matters regarding firefighting crews. It was abvious during our conversation that he was very tired. Our talk ended with 'Marty' saying he had to get to bed to get some rest.

Approximately 20 people were in the immediate vicinity of the incident. All were debriefed and informed in no uncertain terms that this incident was not to be discussed. There has not been a word about the incident at the BLM fire HQ.

He is very concerned about keeping his job, and says he would not look forward to taking a lie detector test. He created an e-mail address exclusively for reporting this incident.

Absolute privacy

Although I had originally encouraged him to call me collect this lengthy call was on him so he could maintain absolute privacy. He is reporting the incident because he belives the information should get out. We agreed in any future communication to use the term "patient" to describe the sasquatch. I'll use it here.

The incident happened in the early afternoon. About 20 fire fighters were directly involved. The injured patient appearantly wandered within sight of the fire crew, and was then surrounded.

The patient "seemed to know that he was captured", because he soon gave up. Marty mentioned this several times - "he just gave up". The patient sat down on his buttocks, giving no evidence of a will to resist. "Like a dog gives up, and then you can do anything with it".

Singed hair

The patient was laid out on the ground at first. His injuries were rather serious, including burns to the hands, feet, legs, and trunk, as well as much singed hair.

It didn't take long for medical services to get to the scene. The attending medical team included the regular M.D. for the fire crews, a vet that Marty didn't recognize, and one or more paramedics.

The vet was taken aback at working on a creature so human-like, and he is reported to have allowed the physician to do most of the work. At some point Demerol and morphine were administred.

The patient was placed on a spine board, which was too small. He was then placed on a regular ambulance stretcher. The sides were left down because part of the body hung over too far. The feet hung off the end.

Bowel sounds

A cut-down was performed to obtain an intravenous line, and fluids were administered. During the treatment of his wounds and the efforts at life support, the patient communicated with moans, groans and grumbling. Bowel sounds were heard by Marty, who was as close as three feet from the patient.

No language-like vocalizations were heard. The patient responded to touch: specifically patting and stroking to calm him ("You're not going to find an ape or a monkey responding the same way").

Two or three times Marty mentioned that the patient was especially responsive to a young Native American woman who started ministering to him right from the very beginning.

The patient was removed from the scene in the back of a utility truck, not in an ambulance. Marty said an ambulance would have alerted townsfolk and possibly news reporters, thinking that a fire fighter had been injured. No one would follow a nondescript van. The total time from initial sighting to extraction was estimated at three hours.

Blood were leaking

There was no urination, defecation, or vomit at the scene. The patient did not eat anything during that time. Serum and blood were leaking from the burned areas of the body.

The area of the arm on which the cut-down was performed was shaved. The hair probably fell to the ground. There was significant blood from the cut-down site and from the subsequent insertion of a venous line, and some of that blood dripped to the ground.

No one knows where the patient was taken. No video cameras were on the scene to film any aspect of the incident. The fire commander was present. He had a camera, and he did record what he saw.

The patient is described as being about seven feet tall - "Give or take a few inches". Marty does not give a weight estimate.

Equine odor

Most of the body is covered by brownish hair about two inches in length; no gray hairs are evident. There are no mats noted on the coat. There is an odor about the patient. It is not an especially obnoxious odor. Marty calls it a "natural" odor, but he had a hard time describing it. He said it is similar to a strong equine odor.

The head is not "sloped", the forehead is "heavy boned", the lips large, but human-like, the ears human-like and tight to the head, with the ear lobe attached, not dangling.

The patient is "strong jawed". He could not remember the color of the eyes, but thought they might be brown. The head is about two times the size of a human head. There is hair on the face, but not on the palms or soles of the feet.

Great bulk

There is great bulk to the patient, but there is no fat. He said hos observations of the form of the body did not match with "that film with the one running into the woods", and he called that film a probable hoax.

The hands are about 1.5 times a human hand; five fingers with opposable thumb. The fingernails are thicker and heavier, and one was chipped. The feet are large; five ties on each foot; no evidence of fractures, injuries, arthritis, or deformation.

The sexual features are those of an uncircumcised male, matching the human anatomy. Marty made the comment several times that these are not monkey or ape features. He felt he was in the presence of a very human creature.

Access to the area

I have asked him to return to the scene and search for the hair from the shaved arm, or even the blood that dripped on the ground. He said he has access to the area, but probably won't be able to return until after the fires are controlled".

In response to Doug's plea that someone return to the site and search for blood and hair evidence, Marty reported back to him on 26 September: "Dozer has torn up the area. Nothing left. Word is there is still life. Location unknown. Believe within couple hundred miles. Later, Marty".

Thom Powell: "Doug concluded that the dozer work seemed a bit too convenient and was likely a cover story concocted by Marty to explain away his inability to recover any physical evidence. Doug strongly suspected that the whole matter was a hoax on this basis and that is where the situation pretty much ended".

Precise detail

But Thom Powell couldn't leave the case that easily and further on continues: "It is my feeling that this person (Marty) was not lying, and this set of described events really happened. There is simply too much precise detail and a complete absence of error or contradiction".

The report was dismissed as a probable hoax and never posted for public inspection at the BFRO website, where it might have been seen by someone else who was present at the time and who might have contacted BFRO to confirm or deny the account.

Three years after the event, Thom Powell dug up the old files on the Battle Mountain matter and decided to try and send Marty an e-mail message and see what happened. Less than twenty four hours later, he was surprised to receive this reply:

Not disclosed

"Thom, I had almost forgotten about the event until now. Have not spoken due to the classification that was put on it. The patient was taken to a university or some hospital that was not disclosed. As for verification, well other than my contact with you, I know of no one other than those there on the scene. An affidavit was signed under Department of Interior, and US Forest Service as:

1. Confidential under penalty of felony arrest and jail time.

2. Immediate loss of Government Service rank, loss of retirement, and benefits.

Several meetings were held in reference to "him". I do respect his rights of life and will always be a believer of their existence beyond any shadow of a doubt as seen with my own eyes, smelled with my own nose and heard with my own ears.

Native man

His image is still visible as it was then. No monster, no animal but a linage of native man. His trust in us to take care of him and recognize him that harm was not meant when contact was made, knowing that care would be given to him... I am sure that Department of Interior knows where he may have been released.

What more can I say? Specifics, features, anatomy? Well, stand in front of the mirror and think of man's evolution".

Thom Powell: "I am left with two inescapable conclusions: First, bigfoots do exist and second, the government does mot want us to know it. The big question that remains in my mind is: Why? I can think of six possible reasons ehy secrecy might be imposed".

...

....

.WHY THE BIG SECRETS? Is it that the American Government believes that the people of North America are so unstable that they could not deal with knowledge that Sasquatch really exists ?

.

1) GOVERNMENT PATERNALISM

It is felt by decision makers in government agencies that the public is somehow not ready to accept the stunning fact that bigfoot-style creatures exist and at least one species of primates is comfortably ensconced in the forests of North America.

Perhaps the justification for this arrogant position is derived from the Christian paradigm that humans are the sole heirs to the planet. The acknowledgement of another species so close to our own, even superior in terms of some sensory capabilities would destabilize the Christian paradigm that currently dominates western religious thought.

2) KEEP MYSTERIES CLASSIFIED

Perhaps the government entities that we trust as protectors are really just as baffled by this matter as anyone. As with the UFO phenomenon the knee-jerk reaction to government, when confronted with a genuone and profund mystery, is to classify the entire matter as a secret.

This avoids the uncomfortable alternative of having to stand up and acknowledge that the people we pay to understand threats and protect us from them have no real idea what is going on in this particular realm.

There is an axiom that may exist within government that boils down to: If we don't understand something, keep it a secret. That way no one will ever ask us to explain it.

3) LOVE OF SECRETS

People feel mire important when they have secrets that must be kept. Government agency personnel need to feel their job is important and having important secrets that must be kept serves to validate their work.

Every branch of government seems to have some kind of secret that must be protected and it is no surprise to me that the land management agencies want a secret also.

Maybe some day they will even be called to Washington to brief the President or members of Congress on the big, important secret that the public is not prepared to know. What fun.

4) THE ENDANGERED SPECIES ARGUMENT

If bigfoots were officially acknowledged, it wouldn't be long before an injunction was issued and most timber removal from federal land was halted. It is held that environmentalists will immediatly seize upon the idea, spotted owl-style.

They will then find a sympathetic federal judge who would issue an injunction that stops all logging and mining on national forests and rangelands which qualify as sasquatch habitat.

While it is probably true that preservationists would try to get the sasquatch declared as the ultimate endangered species, there is one big, but not so obvious problem with this whole line of thinking: sasquatches are in no way endangered.

They may be rare, but they are not endangered. On their own, they keep their numbers down, though I also suspect that most estimates of their numbers are too low.

It is possible that recent increase in deer populations have also precipitated an increase in bigfoot populations. They do eat deer and that is a good thing because there are not enough other natural predators to keep deer herds in check. Deer populations have exploded lately and we should hope that there are sasquatches in this world or we are soon to be absolutely overrun with deer.

Bigfoots do not seem to require virgin, old growth forests. All they seem to require is a food source and a place where they can be left alone.

Short of clearing all of the forests away at once, I for one would strenuously argue that bigfoots are in no way endagered by forest policy and there is virtually nothing we could do to reduce their numbers, even if we set about to do so.

The Wilderness Act of 1964 and subsequent amendments to it have insured the fact that sasquatches will always have safe haven.

5) NATIONAL DEFENSE

As previously stated, we will only be able to understand why the public is being denied available information about sasquatches when we know more about the creatures and their capabilities. Since that information will not come from government sources, we are going to have to find out ourselves.

We already have a good deal of information to suggest that all of the senses of these creatures are more acute than our own. Not only is their sight, hearing, and smell more acute than our own, but they quite likely possess other sensory capabilities that we absolutely lack. They can project a rancid smell much like a skunk and the smell is so overpowering as to nearly incapacitete a person.

This capability alone suggests a tactical military value in better understanding the sasquatch. I'm told that the military is already researching tactical use of overpowering but non-toxic smells.

Other possibilities relating to national defense and tactical military value may not be as far-fetched as they first seem. Infrasound has already been discussed as a concept with tactical military value.

The fact that sasquatches possess infrasound capabilities seems likely. When it comes to mental vapabilities that we humans do not have, it probably does not end there.

Every researcher I know of who has been succesful in putting themselves near a sasquatch has mentioned a sixth sense that the creature seem to possess. I have tried to quantify this matter to the best of my ability, but, to attempt to quantify such a speculative matter is futile at present.

6) GENETIC RESEARCH

The final possibility centers on the fact that sasquatches may be human ancestors of such a close lineage that their genetic makeup offers the most intriguing possibilities for genetic research and cross breeding that have ever been considered.

Sasquatches may be the enduring descendents of the Homo erectus lineage that is generally considered to be extinct. Neanderthal man, Homo neandertalensis by way of Homo heidelbergensis, is another distinct possility.

If either or both of these human ancestors endures today in the manifestayion we call bigfoot, then the possibilities for interbreeding and other genetic experiments with humans become either intrguing or alarming, depending on which side of the ethical question one stands.

Thom Powells final words are this bleak conclusion: "How tragic, yet how predictable it is that the government denies the public access to knowledge of a living human relative, an anthropological bombshell, and one of the planet's most remarkable beings".

Bigfoot Sighting at Edward's Air Force Base Surveillance

Bigfoot Sighting at Edward's Air Force Base Surveillance

Sasquatch
and the Edward’s Air Force Base Surveillance

Written By Doug Trapp

The Sun dropped quickly behind the desert rock-piles revealing a deep red glow to the western sky as Corey Rudolph and I made camp at the east end of Avenue J in Palmdale one spring night in 1977. We had been visiting the area as often as possible in response to several credible Bigfoot reports in this California desert. To the east was nothing but dark black sky with thousands of stars and periodic meteors whizzing by. Our objective was two-fold. One, to observe all we could during the night, and, two, to get away from the Los Angeles rat-race. We had been driving through the areas north of the mountains separating the Los Angeles area from the desert in search of clues, and people to interview who claimed to have encountered a desert Sasquatch.

Through the next three years, Corey and I, and sometimes myself with my faithful Red-tailed Hawk, Nixon, we gathered as much information on desert Sasquatch activity as we could. In many cases, the witnesses told very similar tales of large hair-covered man-like apes observed crossing the highway, or looking in their windows at their homes usually after midnight. Through these witnesses we slowly became aware that the military, just north of Lancaster, California at Edward’s Air Force Base had been witness to these desert man-beasts for several years. We finally made contact with three different military security officers, all of which did not know of the others, who provided us with information relating to what the Air Force knew about these animals. Before I continue with this, I must inform the reader that these three men were willing to discuss this with us only because we promised to never reveal their names or ranks, and if we did, they would deny everything. Because I believe in keeping promises, I will comply with their request, but will refer to them only by rank since I do not believe that their status at the time would indicate or reveal their true identity, thereby keeping my promise. I will also add that I have spoken to five additional ex-military officers who were once stationed at Edward’s AFB and they all claim that what the first three revealed was accurate, and that not much has changed there since the 1970s.

The first I interviewed was a Lieutenant in charge of security in the sector of Edward’s AFB near Rogers Dry Lake. He was primarily responsible for supervising the surveillance activity from sunset to sundown from 1972 to 1975 when he was then transferred to Germany, then retired. This gentleman explained to me that the base security was primarily involved with monitoring for unauthorized entry to the base by curiosity seekers. The base was highly involved with classified secret aircraft testing at the time, and there were many curious people trying to take photos, or just see these things. In addition, the base had a very high level of UFO activity, or, as he put it, Alien Spacecraft. In fact, he made it clear that these craft were not from Earth, and that the Air Force knew very little about them. When any unauthorized people or Alien craft entered his perimeter, he was to report to the higher command, and observe. All of his personnel had top security clearance, and were to discuss nothing of what they saw. He further described some of these craft to me, but I was not very interested at the time.

While they were conducting surveillance one night, always using starlight scopes and motion detectors spread throughout the base, one of the guards reported an infiltration in his perimeter. When he asked for details, the guard described a very tall man, but not really a man. Perplexed by such a report, he decided to drive to the location and talk to the guard, perhaps thinking the man had lost his marbles. When he arrived, a wide-eyed guard met him and repeated his story. The lieutenant began to scan the desert for the intruder and soon spied him, or it. Through the starlight scope he could clearly see that this was not a man. It was a very tall, hair-covered, ape-like man walking through the desert. He said the animal appeared to be looking at the desert floor in search of something. The animal was about 500 yards distant, but the scope was very powerful and tripod mounted so it could be observed clearly. Both men continued to observe the animal as it wandered around almost aimlessly. He then reported to his superiors of the activity and was told to keep the animal in sight. This was no problem as the animal remained in the area. About five minutes later a helicopter was heard approaching the area, then it was seen coming in fast from the east. They continued to observe the animal which continued its activity. The helicopter came in over a rock-pile, then the animal "spooked." It looked at the helicopter, turned, and ran "like a deer" around a rock-pile and out of sight. The helicopter searched the area, but never found the animal. The two men could hardly believe what they had seen.

The next day the Lieutenant reported to the command post of the previous night's activity. The command told him that these animals had been seen on the base before, and the public knew them as Bigfoot or Sasquatch. The command explained that they were concerned that these animals may be related to the Alien Craft, and that all such reports must remain top secret. He was told to continue to observe and report, but not to intervene or disturb the animals until the command determined what they were.

The lieutenant had heard of Bigfoot before, but not in the desert. He had always thought that this was some sort of fable or hoax. But he knew what he saw, and now knew that they were real.

Through the following years he and his crew observed the Sasquatches on the base several times. By 1975 they had sophisticated equipment including video surveillance cameras mounted in "key" areas. He then explained to me that they had video taped these animals several times, but the tapes were classified and held under top security at all times. By the time he left Edward’s, they had learned very little about these creatures, but his feeling was that they were not UFO related, but biological living beings.

The second officer I interviewed was a Major before he too retired in 1978. He had served at Edward’s AFB from 1970 through 1978 and was in charge of one of the Command Posts on the north end of the base. He too explained that they were primarily interested in UFOs and Aliens. In fact, it was through his words that I first heard the term "EBE" which is apparently the military term for Aliens, or Extraterrestrial Biological Entities. It is only in recent years that this term has been coined in UFO books relating to the military UFO cover-up.

In any case, the Major confirmed what the Lieutenant had told me, but added that these creatures also found their way into the secret underground tunnels that run under Edward’s. Although the use and existence of these tunnels was classified, he told me about them knowing that their importance was a moot subject to me. He said that they had surveillance cameras in the tunnels and had, in fact, video taped the Sasquatches as they wandered through them. He said that they were not concerned with the Sasquatches on the base because they had learned that they were not related to EBE activity, and that they were certain that they were simply undiscovered animals. When I asked why they had not captured or killed one in order to prove the existence to the world, he returned that they could not reveal anything that happened on the base. He said that if they were to admit that these creatures often wandered around on the base, the public would loose confidence in their ability to keep the base secure. This, in turn, would give people the idea that they could do the same. Since there was so much secret work continuing on the base, it was not in their interest to discuss the Sasquatches with the public. They wanted to keep people out, not encourage them to visit in search of Sasquatches. They already had enough problems with UFO seekers, or those wanting to get a peek at a secret aircraft.

The third man was a security "grunt." That is what he termed himself. He claimed to have seen these Desert Sasquatches through starlight scopes on scores of occasions. This man was only about 19 years old, but extremely military in his self presence. He called me "Sir" until I asked him not to. He told me that he had seen a couple of Sasquatches that stood over ten feet high, had seen "obvious" females (one with a young one walking with her), and once saw a group of five Sasquatches walking together, all over six feet tall with the tallest about eight feet tall. They were fully hair-covered except the palms of their hands, the base of their feet, and their face. He said their face resembled an ape with very small eyes, a flat nose, and ape-like lips. The arms were long and slung down to the knees. He said their feet were like ours, without an arch, as they had tracked them through the desert several times. When I asked him about the surveillance videos, he told me that he knew of them but was not involved in that. He said only officers were allowed to videotape the creatures or UFOs. Cameras were not allowed on the base in the hands of the "grunts." He said that he felt very privileged to have seen these animals with such clarity because he knew there were several like myself that would do anything to see one. However, he suggested that these animals were not as rare as people assumed, but they are very shy and almost strictly nocturnal. They could be photographed, given the right opportunity, but those opportunities were rare because these creatures are very good at remaining concealed ... even in the desert. He told me that the reason they were on the base was that they "knew" they would not be harmed. He thought that somehow they could "feel" danger, or even pick up on human thoughts. Since the officers and grunts on Edward’s were ordered not to harm or intervene with the creatures, they could feel this vibe and felt protected. Some of these animals, of course, wander around outside of the base, but these animals are always watching their backs, he explained.

To conclude this report, I should advise that several sources have told me in recent years that the Desert Sasquatches are still being watched at Edward’s AFB. In fact, one officer recently told me that the base security actually appreciates the presence of the Sasquatch there since they give the officers some "needed entertainment." Then a question came to mind. Could the EBE’s be just as interested in the Sasquatches as they are of other base activities? The officer stopped for a moment, thinking, then said simply, "Perhaps."

The Secret History of The United States (1943-1990)

The Secret History of The United States (1943-1990)

Introduction to Col. Prouty's book;
JFK, The CIA, Vietnam, And The Plot To Assassinate John F. Kennedy
by; Oliver Stone

FLETCHER PROUTY is a man whose name will go down in history. Not as a respected Establishment figure, no. He will be erased from the present history books, his version of history suppressed, his credibility denied, his integrity scorned.
Yet in time he will endure. Young students in the twenty-first century (given the planet's capacity to reform and revive itself before then) will come back to his writings in the alternative written press (small publishing houses, low-circulation magazines) and discover through Colonel Prouty no less than the "Secret History" of the United States, circa 1944 to the present. With this single volume, Colonel Prouty blows the lid right off our "Official History" and unforgivably, sadly, inexorably, for anyone who dares enter this cave of dread and shame, shines his torch forever onto the ugliest nest of vipers the civilized world has probably seen since the dreaded Mongol raiders of the tenth and eleventh centuries.
This is scary stuff. The MKUltra of espionage books, JFK will anger you and made you sad. You will never view the world again in the same light. Behind everything you read or see from this point on will flicker forever your most paranoid and darkest fears of the subconscious motives beneath the killer ape that became man.
Was Stanley Kubrick right in his revelation of the warrior ape in 2001, throwing the bones of the slain into the air, becoming the spaceship baby of tomorrow? Will we transmute our killer instincts to peace and the search for light? Or will we tread the path of war, not only between tribes, but between us and our environment?
My mother was French, my father American. I had the opportunity young in life to spend summers in France in the 1950s and never once heard anyone young or old ever allude to the massive French collaboration with the Nazis in World War II. In every aspect - even my mother's - tale - the truth was denied, ignored, and mostly forgotten. Of such is "history" made - until, of course, contrary events like the Klaus Barbie trial in Lyons, France, surface and tear and remind. Like my film JFK. Such was my experience in writing Platoon--out of a feeling that Vietnam was an Orwellian memory hole, to be forgotten, realities distorted by newsmen and official "historians," official body counts, and the official 1ies that devastated the American character.
I experienced it again in the mid-1980s in Central America, talking to fresh-faced American troops in green uniforms with no memories of Vietnam, save for embarrassed stares, once again lining up to shoot Nicaraguans in the invasion of 1986 that never was. And again in Russia, in the early 1980s, on another screenplay, talking to youngsters with no knowledge whatever of Stalin's crimes, and old people who denied their past out of fear.
Such is the memory of man-at best a tricky one, per Orwell. "Who controls the past controls the, future. There is about us a wall, alone, beyond which our conscious mind will not let our unconscious go. That margin, however, fades with the quotient and fashion of time because as time changes so do our mind-sets The loss of fear allows the mind to drop its censors and think the unthinkable. Such a golden moment. We all know it. The exciting liberation of our own thought process It is that access point to history which every filmmaker, poet, artist, seeks entry to. To collide with the forces of history--to merge with the backbeat of its onward push. Jack London, John Reed, Upton Sinclair, clashing with the stormy forces of early-twentieth-century history. Glorious cavaliers
The key question of our time, as posed in Colonel Prouty's book, comes from the fabled Report From Iron Mountain on the Possibility and Desirability of Peace by Leonard Lewin (based on a study commissioned by Defense Secretary Robert McNamara in August 1963 to justify the big, planned changes in defense spending contemplated by Kennedy):
The organizing principle of any society is for war. The basic authority of a modern state Over its people resides in its war powers....War readiness accounts for approximately a tenth of the output of the world's total economy.
In illustrating this proposition, Colonel Prouty traces the divergent Paths of early 1950s Vietnam--the Saigon Military Mission, Ed Lansdale, Lucien Conein, Tom Dooley, Wesley Fishel, and Archbishop Spellman. How Mao with his guerrilla-war ideology deeply influenced our civic action paramilitary concepts in Vietnam and Central America. How the helicopter and its econo-military needs drove us to Vietnam. How the TFX fighter battle between Boeing and General Dynamics split the Kennedy administration. He explains clearly for the first time the vast errors of South Vietnam-appointed President Ngo Dinh Diem--his failure with the Buddhists and his own army; the disastrous "hamlet" program that ruined the South Vietnamese: peasant economy; the expelling of the Chinese mercantile society; the influence of Lansdale; the arrogance of America's racist Third World attitudes that blinded us to the true vacuum We created by dividing and marginalizing a wholly artificial client state called South Vietnam in conflict with Vietnam's post-World War 11 right to determine its own independence. Colonel Prouty heartrendingly details the destruction of rural peasant life where age-old communal law was based not on authority but on harmony and law was deemed less important than virtue. This tribal society ultimately depends on "the omnipresent paternalism of the international banker" or the chemical agricultural revolution or modem politics, and this presents a dangerous alternative and loss of market to capitalism.
In a parallel to our own national sense of betrayal over Vietnam Starting with the My Lai incident, the Pentagon Papers, the secret bombing of Laos and Cambodia, Colonel Prouty, in a fascinating aside, traces the roots of the key 1950s decisions on Vietnam by the Dulles brothers and goes into the staged Tonkin Gulf incident and the official cover-up that sent us to the war.
Colonel Prouty also explores the true meaning of the Pentagon Papers and the shocking and fraudulent omissions in them, which will blow away the self-congratulatory complacency of the "liberal" media, which, society ultimately presents a non-consumerist code of life that does not Colonel Prouty shows us, never really understood the malignant forces that were operative behind the scenes of the Pentagon Papers--and once again robbed us of our history. Tantalizingly, Colonel Prouty points the finger of treason at McGeorge Bundy, then assistant to President Kennedy, who signed the key first draft of NSAM (National Security Action Memorandum) #273 on November 21, 1963, which was in contradiction to all previous Kennedy policy. How, Colonel Prouty speculates, could this happen unless such a person knew Kennedy would not be around the next day and "the new president" would? Also there is Bundy's bizarre role in the Bay of Pigs fiasco, reexamined here in a shocking new light.
Having myself spoken with Lucien Conein, our chief CIA operative in Vietnam under Lansdale, I can verify that Mr. Conein totally conformed to Colonel Prouty's version of events at the Diem killing in South Vietnam.
Prouty in effect totally reexamines the Pentagon Papers and the credibility of what a "leaked document" really is and how the media misunderstood; why the cabinet quorum was out of the country when Kennedy was killed and, more importantly, misunderstood the almost total reversal of our Vietnam policy in a matter of days after Kennedy's death. Prouty rightly lambastes the media as "a growing profession that fully controls what people will be told and helps prepare us for war in places like Afghanistan, Africa, and the Caribbean, most recently Granada and Panama, the Middle East and other "LDCs"--a banker's euphemism for "less developed countries.
Colonel Prouty pushes on to the true inner meaning of Watergate and leaves you dangling with the clues, making us fully realize we have only heard some forty hours of four hundred hours of one of the most mysterious affairs of American politics, involving possibly Nixon's own most secret revelations on the Kennedy murder. We must ask ourselves, What finally does Richard Nixon know of Dallas?
In another fascinating sub-theme, Colonel Prouty shows how the roots of the 1950s decisions on Vietnam essentially emanated from the historically omitted presence of Chiang Kai-shek at the Tehran Conference of 1944-where, like colossi dividing the world, Churchill, Stalin, Roosevelt, and Chiang Kai-shek set forever the fuse of World War III. The enemy for the United States was no longer the Nazi movement but the more pernicious, property-stealing Soviet Communist world-around tribe. And of course, in seeking to destroy this new enemy at all costs, Colonel Prouty points once again to the infusion of Nazi personnel, methods, and ultimately a Nazi frame of mind into the American system--a course which, once seeded, changed forever the way we operated in the world--and led irrevocably, tragically for our Constitution and our history, to the paramilitary domestic coup d'etat in Dallas, November 1963.
Colonel Prouty sets the stage for this horrible nightmare with his own personally documented dealings with the Pentagon--a fascinating side glimpse at his involvement in a small coup in Bolivia. He illustrates how Third World politics is more often a game between commercial "In" and "Out" power groups that compete for the lion's share of the money by controlling their marketplaces with the USA's help--the government of such a country is a business monopoly over its people and its territory and is motivated as much by pragmatic ideology as by the pragmatic control of the import-export business...by granting exclusive franchises to its friends, relatives, in all things from Coca-Cola to F-14 fighter planes...the supremely powerful international bankers keep the books for each side--how these Ins and Outs acquire bogeyman characteristics like "Communist," "Drug dealer," per the needs of our government and its attendant propaganda arm, our Fourth Estate; how Pat Estenssoro in Bolivia and Noriega in Panama and Hussein in Iraq have changed their identities several times from our "most-wanted" list to our favored-"commercial-ally" list. Prouty further illustrates that in 1975, our government spent $137 billion on military operations in Third World country LDCs and how that money is essentially funneled through American subsidiaries from our military-industrial complex. Money, Colonel Prouty never lets us forget, is at the root of power.
Colonel Prouty thus sets the stage for Dallas in all its horror. He explains the true inner myth of our most staged public execution, the "Reichstag Fire" of our era, behind whose proscenium, blinded by the light of surface-event television, the power of the throne was stolen and exchanged by bloody hands. He shows us that Kennedy was removed, fundamentally, because he threatened the "System" far too dangerously. Colonel Prouty shows us the Oswald cover story and how it has successfully to this day, my movie notwithstanding, blinded the American public to the truth of its own history--which requires, I suppose, a degree of outrage at our government and media and an urgency to replace it for the abuse of our rights as outlined in the Constitution and in the Declaration of Independence ("that whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of...[Life, Liberty and the pursuit of happiness], it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government it is their Right, it is their Duty, to throw off such Government and to provide new Guards for their future Security") but which too few of us have the energy for (except maybe the young, whom ultimately Colonel Prouty is addressing).
It is Colonel Prouty--with his background both as military officer and international banker-who shows us concisely that Kennedy was removed not only for his skittish policy on Vietnam and Cuba but because he fundamentally was affecting the economic might of this nation-planet, U.S.A., Inc., and its New World Order.
Kennedy undermined, as Prouty fascinatingly outlines, not only the Federal Reserve Board but the CIA and its thousand-headed Medusa of an economic system (CIA: "Capitalism's Invisible army"), but most dangerously and most expensively (ultimately some $6 trillion in Cold War money) the world-around economic lines of the "High Cabal" and its military-industrial complex so ominously forecast by Eisenhower in his farewell address. In bringing back the ghost of Buckminster Fuller and his great book, The Critical Path, Colonel Prouty shows us what we must understand of world history-ire probes beneath the Egyptian mast of events and scenery and thousands of Cecil B. deMlille extras--to the very of history--the Phoenician sail lines, the industrial complex, the distribution of minerals and oil, the exploitation of the planet and why, and who benefits?
These are the key questions of our times--controlling the way you think, the way the media tells you to think, and the way you must think if we are to resist the ultimate desecration of the planet at the hands of U.S.A., Inc., and its New World Order. Environment must be reversed. USA., Inc., must--and can-be reversed with new leadership Read as companion Pieces to Colonel Prouty the unofficial "histories" of Buckminster Fuller in the "Critical Path", and Howard Zinn's "People's History of` the United States", to fully understand the scope of the "octopus' we are in mortal combat with. Churchill, many years ago, called it overtly "The High Cabal." I am not sure, after all these years, that Mr. Churchill was being too dramatic.
Ultimately we must ask who owns America? Who owns reality? This book reads like Gibson's Decline and Fall; we see inside the wheel of our history how various "emperors" come and go and their relationship to the] military machine. Who owns our "history" He who makes it up so that most everyone believes it.
That person wins--as George Orwell so lucidly pointed out in 1984. If Mr. Hitler had won the Second World War, the version of events now given to us (invasions of Third World lower slave races for mineral-resource conquest and world round economic-military power) would not be too far off the mark. But instead of Nazi jackboots, we have men in gray suits and ties with attache cases--"lawyer Capitalism," Buckminster Fuller labeled it. Whatever its name, or uniform--beware.
I thank Colonel Prouty, who is old now, in his seventies--on the verge of going to the other side. Yet he has paused "How dull it is to pause, to make an end, to rust unburnished, not to shine in use!" as Tennyson once said) and mustered his final energy and a lifetime's lucidity, and knowing full well the onslaught against his ideas and person that will come from the usual suspects, has once more ventured into the arena with the lions who kill and maim at the very least--and given us his truth at far greater personal expense than the reader of this volume will ever know.
I salute you, Colonel Prouty--both as friend and warrior. "Fare thee well, Roman soldier."

World Simulators and Crowdsourcing Solutions to Save the Ape // Brainsturbator

World Simulators and Crowdsourcing Solutions to Save the Ape // Brainsturbator

Bucky Fuller & his World Game: Intro to Saving Planets

World Game Never ForgetRebooted for 2008. A curated collection of documents, open questions, and new material for R. Buckminster Fuller’s original “World Game.”
This was one of the very first Brainsturbator articles I wrote: I’ve totalled it today and built something better. I think now is a good time to be talking about Bucky’s vision of a World Game. We have the technology to do this and a new administration could easily provide the funding. I don’t think any of this material is Utopian or far out, but if you do, let me know why.

Buckminster Fuller Helicopter Portrait

From the introduction to a World Game activity book:

“Now, for the first time in the history of man, all the political theories and all the concepts of political functions are completely obsolete. All of them were developed on the you-or-me basis. This whole realization that mankind can and may be comprehensively successful is startling.”
By comprehensively successful, R. Buckminster Fuller meant that every human being could live in abundance. This idea gets dismissed even today as Utopian bullshit, but I’d like to frame this with a few short, simple questions:
1. Can the quality of life on Earth be improved?
2. Will everyone benefit from those improvements?
3. Is that worth spending time on?
To me, it’s self-evident that the quality of life, for many billions of human beings, needs serious improvement, here on Earth. I also believe that all humans will benefit from ending hunger, poverty and oppression. When everyone has a place at the table there’s no need for resource wars, violent revolutions, or terrorist acts. When we all generate our own power and grow our own food, that will be the strongest and most stable domestic security possible.
Like you, though, I don’t have a printed copy of my detailed plans for How To Fix The World. Yet. I do have an idea, though: we should make Bucky Fuller’s World Game a reality today, and put it online for everyone to play with. This is basically a call for a government-funded world simulator game to “crowdsource” solutions for ongoing global problems.
We’ve proven that this model works, and we have the technology to make it happen—world simulators, as you’ll soon see, are already running, and being sold to corporations and militaries.

Version 1.0

Buckminster Fuller Early World Game ClassThe first World Game was all on paper. It was 1961 when Fuller announced the concept, noting modestly that he’d been doing it since 1927. Although the dense “Fact Books” that got handed out to students were indeed generated by a computer database, for the most part Bucky’s version of the World Game was something students did on paper, using the figures and facts provided.
This is the first element I’d like to update: What facts do you trust? Who are the real authorities? Any thinking human would be suspicious of being handed a document that literally claims to tell you everything that is true about the Earth, whether that document is titled “An Objective Report by a Supercomputer” or “The Holy Bible.” Teaching people the basic source-synthesis methods behind doing their own research should be a logical opening lesson for any World Game. Give kids the tools to build their own picture of the world. Perhaps rather than handing out “world factbooks,” we could hand out blank templates where kids could research and fill in their own data and conclusions.
This is the question Bucky posed to students: “how can we make the world work for 100% of humanity in the shortest possible time through spontaneous cooperation without ecological damage or disadvantage to anyone?”

Open Questions:

1. Does the technology exist to build a computer based 1:1 simulation of Earth? Yes, and it’s being sold to corporations and the US military. Check out Simulex, the brainchild of Purdue big-processor genius Alok Chaturvedi. The best article on this system, and the horizons for world simulation tech in a Post-911 World™ check out Mark Baard’s excellent Register article, Sentient World: War Games on the Grandest Scale.
2. Does computer software have a role in education? I’d argue it should—automated computer instruction, done right, is more efficient and effective than a bored teacher. However, there’s obvious obstacles here: although the world sim software exists, it’s not going to run on the classroom desktop, and you definitely can’t fit the databases involved here onto an elementary school system. The immediate future will look more like, for instance, SimVermont: a 1:1 scale simulation of a much smaller sample population, just over 600,000 in the case of Vermont. In a classroom setting, a local context would probably be a lot more captivating than the global approach, too.
3. Is Will Wright Already Working on This? Seriously, is he? Send me an email.
4. How Accurate is Ecosystem Modeling? Considering how much we don’t know about the soil-food web and other ecosystem exchanges, how useful could this simulator be? Personally, I take it for granted that solutions will involve ecosystem design, living machines and permaculture—to be useful, the simulator would need to provide detailed ecosystem modeling. Aside from fire simulators and large-scale crop management software, how much research is being on done on the math behind nature?

Running the Numbers

Once we begin to define our problem with numbers, we can begin to make models and perform calculations. Because of the outstanding and almost total ignorance of issues at this global level of scale, examining the evidence leads to radical conclusions. For instance, paying people to stay home from work sounds insane, but when you examine the numbers, especially in light of our coming energy crisis today, it makes more sense:
The majority of Americans reach their jobs by automobile, probably averaging four gallons a day—thereby, each is spending four million real cosmic-physical-Universe dollars a day without producing any physical Universe life-support wealth accredited in the energy-time—metabolic—accounting system eternally governing regenerative Universe. Humans are designed to learn how to survive only through trial-and-error-won knowledge. Long-known errors are, however, no longer cosmically tolerated. The 350 trillion cosmic dollars a day wasted by the 60 percent of no-wealth-producing human job-holders in the U.S.A., together with the $19 quadrillion a day wasted by the no-wealth-producing human job-holders in all other automobiles-to-work countries, also can no longer be cosmically tolerated.
Today we have computers that enable us to answer some very big questions if all the relevant data is fed into the computer and all the questions are properly asked. As for instance, “Which would cost society the least: to carry on as at present, trying politically to create more no-wealth-producing jobs, or paying everybody handsome fellowships to stay at home and save all those million-dollar-each gallons of petroleum?’’ Stated evermore succinctly, the big question will be: “Which costs more—paying all present job-holders a billionaire’s lifelong $400,000-a-day fellowship to stay at home, or having them each spend $4 million a day to commute to work?’’ Every computer will declare it to be much less expensive to pay people not to go to work. The same computers will also quickly reveal that there is no way in which each and every human could each day spend $400,000 staying at the most expensive hotels and doing equally expensive things; they could rarely spend 4000 of the 1980-deflated dollars a day, which is only 1 percent of a billionaire’s daily income.’’

When you look at the entire planet as a corporation, and consider every human on Earth to be an equal shareholder, then “service sector” jobs, like working the counter at Starbucks or greeting people at Wal-Mart is completely useless. It creates nothing of value for humans except money.
For less than the cost of managing the Starbucks corporation, we could just organize a Coffee Union, where for a membership fee, people can stop in at locations all over the city and get good fresh coffee. This kind of operation would scale up very quickly to the point you’d no longer even pretend to verify memberships, you just let anyone who comes in have free coffee. This would put most existing coffee shops out of business, unless they’re community hubs, but this should also be viewed as freeing up human labor. Coffee is no longer a service we need provided to us by over-qualified wage slaves, and now they can focus on other things, right?
Unfortunately, it’s not that logical, rational or simple.
Until we’re applying the Coffee Union model to the world as a whole, we’re going to keep building towards increasing failure. We’re reducing the need for human labor with technological innovation, and we’re increasing our population around the world. This is forcing an increasing number of people to compete for a decreasing number of resources, and none of it is necessary.

image

Discordian Pope Robert Anton Wilson addressed this in his classic paper on The RICH Economy:
What I am proposing, in brief, is that the Work Ethic (find a Master to employ you for wages, or live in squalid poverty) is obsolete.
Delivered from the role of things and robots, people will learn to become fully developed persons, in the sense of the Human Potential movement. They will not seek work out of economic necessity, but out of psychological necessity—as an outlet for their creative potential.
As Bucky Fuller says, the first thought of people, once they are delivered from wage slavery, will be, “What was it that I was so interested in as a youth, before I was told I had to earn a living?”
The answer to that question, coming from millions and then billions of persons liberated from mechanical toil, will make the Renaissance look like a high school science fair or a Greenwich Village art show.

That’s all for now...

This whole tangent was inspired by the Superstruct review I did at Skilluminati, so thanks to IFTF for lighting the fire. There’s a lot more to come, as always.
Also highly recommended: Klintron’s positive and pragmatic presentation Left Behind: The Singularity and the Third World. He gives a much needed reality check that still provides good news—the best kind of balancing act, these days. (Technoccult is also home to my running TAZ History which has covered Mound Bayou and Kowloon Walled City and my roundup on Afrigadget: the Low-Tech Goldmine.)
I’m working on a small-scale version of this project over at Vermontistan.

Note: World Game is not the property of o.s.Earth, a corporation from New Haven that claims the “rights” to the World Game concept—a claim they will be happy to explain, starting at $5500. Obviously, anyone who puts the work into researching and compiling accurate data and making that accessible through a computer simulator with a “playable” user interface has built a World Game. Obviously that World Game is better than the o.s.Earth process, which is a generic brainstorming conference that evokes the Bucky™ brand.

The Divine Invasion, by Philip K. Dick at American Buddha Online Library

The Divine Invasion, by Philip K. Dick at American Buddha Online Library

"'The Ape of God,'" Elias said. "A Medieval theory about the Devil. That he apes God's legitimate creation with spurious interpolations of his own. That's really an exceedingly sophisticated idea, epistemologically speaking. Does it mean that parts of the world are spurious? Or that sometimes the whole world is spurious ? Or that there are plural worlds of which one is real and the others are not? Is there essentially one matrix world from which people derive differing perceptions? So that the world you see is not the world I see?" StumbleUpon

Skinwalkers - What Are They?

Skinwalkers - What Are They?

Although skinwalkers are generally believed to prey only on Native Americans, there are recent reports from Anglos claiming they had encountered skinwalkers while driving on or near tribal lands. One New Mexico Highway Patrol officer told us that while patrolling a stretch of highway south of Gallup, New Mexico, he had had two separate encounters with a ghastly creature that seemingly attached itself to the door of his vehicle. During the first encounter, the veteran law enforcement officer said the unearthly being appeared to be wearing a ghostly mask as it kept pace with his patrol car. To his horror, he realized that the ghoulish specter wasn't attached to his door after all. Instead, he said, it was running alongside his vehicle as he cruised down the highway at a high rate of speed.
The officer said he had a nearly identical experience in the same area a few days later. He was shaken to his core by these encounters, but didn't realize that he would soon get some confirmation that what he had seen was real. While having coffee with a fellow highway patrolman not long after the second incident, the cop cautiously described his twin experiences. To his amazement, the second officer admitted having his own encounter with a white-masked ghoul, a being that appeared out of nowhere and then somehow kept pace with his cruiser as he sped across the desert. The first officer told us that he still patrols the same stretch of highway and that he is petrified every time he enters the area.
Once Caucasian family still speaks in hushed tones about its encounter with a skinwalker, even though it happened in 1983. While driving at night along Route 163 through the massive Navajo Reservation, the four members of the family felt that someone was following them. As their truck slowed down to round a sharp bend, the atmosphere changed, and time itself seemed to slow down. Then something leaped out of a roadside ditch at the vehicle.
"It was black and hairy and was eye level with the cab," one of the witnesses recalled. "Whatever this thing was, it wore a man's clothes. It had on a white and blue checked shirt and long pants. Its arms were raised over its head, almost touching the top of the cab. It looked like a hairy man or a hairy animal in man's clothing, but it didn't look like an ape or anything like that. Its eyes were yellow and its mouth was open."
The father described as a fearless man who had served two tours in Vietnam, turned completely white, the blood drained from his face. The hair on his neck and arms stood straight up, like a cat under duress, and noticeable goose bumps erupted from his skin. Although time seemed frozen during this bizarre interlude, the truck continued on its way, and the family was soon miles down the highway.
A few days later, at their home in Flagstaff, the family awoke to the sounds of loud drumming. As they peered out their windows, they saw the dark forms of three "men" outside their fence. The shadowy beings tried to climb the fence to enter the yard but seemed inexplicably unable to cross onto the property. Frustrated by their failed entry, the men began to chant in the darkness as the terrified family huddled inside the house.
The story leaves several questions unanswered. If the beings were skinwalkers, and if skinwalkers can assume animal form or even fly, it isn't clear why they couldn't scale a fence. It is also not known whether the family called the police about the attempted intrusion by strangers.
The daughter, Frances, says she contacted friend, a Navajo woman who is knowledgeable about witchcraft. The woman visited the home, inspected the grounds, and offered her opinion that the intruders had been skinwalkers who were drawn by the family's "power" and that they had intended to take that power by whatever means necessary. She surmised that the intrusion failed because something was protecting the family, while admitting that it was all highly unusual since skinwalkers rarely bother non-Indians. The Navajo woman performed a blessing ceremony at the home. Whether the ceremony had any legitimacy or not, the family felt better for it and has had no similar experiences in the ensuing years.

Maitreya cult. Theosophy, etc. : Is SANAT KUMARA actually the Biblical Satan ("the accuser") / LUCIFER?

Name of the entity: Sanat Kumara.

Kumara: prince, heir apparent, inheritor of the kingdom, parrot (ape of God?), peacock.

Sanat: forever, ever, as of old, olden, old one, ancient one.

Forever Prince
Forever Heir Apparent
Old One Inheritor of the Kingdom.

Hm.

The same entity that the Accursed Ones worship as Melek Taus, the Peacock Angel.

LUCIFER.

As Murugan, he/it also provides as follows:

Kartikeya symbols are based on the weapons - Vel, the Divine Spear or Lance that He carries and His mount the peacock. He is sometimes depicted with many weapons including: a sword, a javelin, a mace, a discus and a bow although more usually he is depicted wielding a sakti or spear. This symbolizes His purification of human ills. His javelin is used to symbolize His far reaching protection, His discus symbolizes His knowledge of the truth, His mace represents His strength and His bow shows His ability to defeat all ills. His peacock mount symbolizes his destruction of the ego.
His six heads represent the six siddhis bestowed upon yogis over the course of their spiritual development. This corresponds to his role as the bestower of siddhis.

And interestingly he/it has servants / manifestations which are little weird guys with Grey-like powers:

Through Ancient Eyes: Avengers, Transformers (‘shape shifters’) and the Eternals

Through Ancient Eyes: Avengers, Transformers (‘shape shifters’) and the Eternals

The creator of such Graphic Novels and Comics like Jack Kirby and others were tapping into themes and ideas that spoke of a far deeper layer to the usual hero themes. One example is Kirby’s narratives
for a series of stories called the Eternals (below).
Reptilians versus Nordics and the battle ground as always is humanity (piggy in the middle).

The Eternals is the story of the ongoing conflict between the different breeds of mankind, overshadowed by the creatures that experimented with prehistoric ape-men and created them. In Earth’s prehistory, Kirby imagined huge armored alien Celestials that came to Earth and used proto-humans to bring forth two other species: the Eternals, who were generally beautiful, immune to natural death, and possessed superhuman powers; and the Deviants, whose inability to breed in a consistent form produced generations of endlessly varied, grotesque monsters.

Owl God, Hairy Pussycat, Doggy (Star) Style, Sirian Civil War and the Eggman: Aleister Crowley and the "Sirians"

Aleister Crowley and the "Sirians"

Excerpt from:The Pyramids of Montauk

by Preston Nichols and Peter Moon

from GreyLodge Website

"The Khabs is in the Khu, not the Khu is in the Khabs."
-Aleister Crowley

The most important aspect concerning the discoveries made in the previous chapter is that they explain key aspects of our ancient heritage. As was already said, The Book of the Law leads us into the Great Pyramid with a line drawn at a 26' angle. We are also led to the Sphinx when the anagram of Bast appears in the book. This leaves us in the middle of two ancient wonders and right next to Cairo, the city of Mars. It has already been demonstrated that Egypt as well as many other aspects of our civilization have fashioned themselves to serve as a tribute to the planet Mars, but there was another heavenly body that was held in even higher regard: the star Sirius.

Shining as the brightest star in our heavens, the Egyptians based their entire calendar on the movement of this sacred star. It was already indicated that the Great Pyramid was built to synchronize with Sirius so that the star would shine through the hole to the Queen's Chamber at a precise moment. Esoteric writings indicate that the light shining through the shaft was meant to impart the starlight of Sirius to an initiate during a ritual. If Egypt was so fascinated with Sirius, it stands to reason that the ancient civilization of Mars had a similar reverence for the star. In fact, the geometric shapes on the planet Mars have been said to be built in tribute to Sirius.

According to one legend, the face on Mars was in honor of the god or solar logos known as Sukon. The Sirians settled Mars through his permission. He has also been identified as Set or Seth. The reason the Sirians settled Mars was because it was at that time in the cradle orbit of life. Taking 720 days to get around the sun would have resulted in the most preferable weather that was conducive to civilization at that particular time period.

In The Montauk Project, it was the Sirians who provided the Montauk chair used for the time experiments. It was a Mr. X who had approached me and told me that he had been involved in negotiations to obtain the chair. This man also told me of Crowley's ability to manipulate time and was the first to suggest that the Philadelphia Experiment and Montauk Project were both resulting effects of Crowley's magick.

All of this is very ironic when one looks yet deeper into Crowley's secret connections. Crowley was not only involved in the OTO but was also a member of an arcane secret society known as the A:.A:. (Argenteum Astrum) or the Order of the Silver Star. The "silver star" referred to is Sirius itself, the most prominent in the heavens and positioned as the chief star in the ancient constellation "Phoenix". The ancient Assyrians and Phoenicians both derive their name from this legacy.

Crowley identified the Order of the Silver Star as the Illuminati itself. As he was considered to be the head of the Illuminati, the correspondences continue to run even deeper. The heart of his magical current was inspired from Sirius and there was much tradition to back this up. In occult tradition, Sirius is the Hidden God or "the sun behind the sun". As the moon reflects the sun, so does the sun reflect Sirius.

This concept was expressed in The Book of the Law when Crowley wrote "The Khabs is in the Khu, not the Khu is in the Khabs." The word Khab means star while Khu refers to light. What is being taught here is that collective "wisdom" often assumes that the stars emanate light. The truth of the matter is that the stars are in the light and are merely reflecting it. It was in this sense that Crowley and the ancients who worshipped Sirius were worshipping the light of creation. Sirius was the brightest star, therefore it reflected the most light and was the most powerful.

According to the ancient Egyptians, there was a special occult link between Sirius and the Earth when they were at their closest distance. In other words, more universal light was being reflected from Sirius than at any other time of the year. This link was found to be most powerful during the Dog Days of August (Sirius is known as the Dog Star) which run from July 23 rd to August 23rd. Some consider them to peak out as late as September 8th.

This aspect of Sirius is very synchronistic if you remember the theory referred to in The Montauk Project that the biorhythms of the Earth run every twenty years on August 12th. This date is not only the anniversary of Crowley's wedding, the Philadelphia Experiment and the culmination of the Montauk Project; it is right in the center of the Dog Days. Of course, the Montauk chair was supposed to be supplied by the Sirians. Obviously, if this whole incredible Montauk scenario is true, it stands to reason that the Sirians might have an idea or two about how to make a chair that resonates with the consciousness of time.

According to information from the Montauk story, the Sirians were technical creatures and were not very political. According to Al Bielek, the Sirians look very human in some respects. They are muscular but have vertical slit eyes, like a cat's eyes. They wear a covering over their hair, and it is suspected that they are bald. Sometimes they have strange things on their ears which could be communicating devices. They are approximately six feet in height and can pass for humans in the proper attire. At Montauk, they were generally affable and did their job.

Not too much else has been said about them, nor do I have anything more to add from that quarter. What is important is that they seem to have a rather strong correspondence in the information that is being revealed.

A book entitled The Twelfth Planet by Zecharia Sitchin documents very well that Earth has been visited by extraterrestrial critters since time immemorial. This work traces the activity back to ancient Sumeria which is exactly where the Sirians settled. All of this not only places the Sirians at the focal point of our planetary theology, it makes them a center of all sorts of alien activity.

Crowley studied this time line at its source when he examined the ceremonial rites of the Sirians or ancient Sumerians, whatever you want to call them. In history, these beings were known as the shepherd kings and they were called the Yezidi. Their prophet was Yezid and Crowley discovered that he was a reincarnation of him.

As Crowley studied these ancient Sumerians and their rites, he learned they were sexual in the extreme and orgiastic. The ceremonies were all done in synchronization with the stellar revolutions. Many eventually found-their way into the Roman and Greek mystery schools. These ancients looked at the primitive urges in a much different way that "civilized" society does today. Not unlike animals in mating season, they recognized instinctually that revolutions of the universe coincided with sexual urges that enabled one to gain access to invisible worlds or other dimensions.

In the Hindu tantric arts which is known as the yoga of love, these urges would be better defined as kalas which are units of time or vaginal vibrations. If one reduces space and time to its male and female aspects, it is easy to grasp that Mother Nature is going to have undulations that correspond to the vagina. Earlier in this book, the vesica pisces was illustrated. This was an eye shaped glyph that resulted as the second act of creation unfolded. It is not only the shape of an eye, it is known as the Eye of Horus or as the Eye of Set (Sirius). When this "eye" is in a vertical position, it is symbolic of the vagina.

As the geometry of space and time unfolds in the evolutionary process (which is known as Mother Nature), there are processes and repetitions that mimic or harmonize with what we know as the sexual process. These very energies are incredibly powerful as they make creation a reality. Of course, the morphogenetic grid is the blueprint that becomes reality. It is in this manner that the ancient Sumerians or Sirians did orgiastic rites. They were honoring the undulations and unfoldments of geometric evolution by linking their consciousness through the sexual process.

We all know that we go into a different state of consciousness during the sexual act. As it is a creation process, it is not hard to relate that we can then have an effect on creation when in this form of consciousness. When we engage in sex, we are tapping into the blueprint that made the whole universe possible.

As Crowley studied this information, he saw that the ancients understood what they were doing in their orgiastic rites. Of course, if you were to walk in on an orgy today, you might find that the procedure has degenerated into an unholy mess. On the other hand, magical energies would definitely be present.

All of this brings us back to Bast, the goddess of witchcraft and sexual magick in the Egyptian pantheon. If you ever had the urge to do anything of a bizarre sexual nature, you were entering the realm of Bast. Who exactly was she?

Often identified as the Egyptian cat goddess, Bast is one of the most ancient forms of Babalon, the Mother goddess. Bast is portrayed as both a cat and lion. As the goddess of sexual magick, she ruled over lust and sexual heat. It was her job to see

that all potentialities manifested and had their day in the sun. Bast is readily identified as the Beast because she "presided" over the vast sexual experiments of Atlantis (and later Egypt) which gave rise to mermaids, minotaurs, centaurs, Pegasus and the like.

Bast's legacy gives us at least two words in our modem lexicon. The word "bastard" was derived from the Pandora's Box that opened with the unrestricted breeding practices that were common during her reign. During the reign of the goddess, paternity was not an issue. Marriage came into being in large part due to the need to preserve a patriarchal structure for inheritance and succession purposes. When the father god took over, he made parentage an issue and punished women who bore children outside of the established tradition of wedlock. This is not so much a moral issue as a power issue.

Amazon cultures were known to be able to breed without the use of a male. Because the human body is primarily androgynous, a separation of the sexes is not theoretically necessary for procreation. This contention about the Amazons is backed up by the fact that the zona pellucida (the reproductive body in the female which contains a sack) can be penetrated by a latent male protein within the inherited genetic structure of the female that the body thinks and treats like a sperm. This results in a virgin birth.

It could be argued that the Amazons were unbalanced in the direction of the female energies. Whether or not that is true is not the point. Their culture and the general goddess culture of that time period was supplanted by a patriarchal culture that has attempted to subjugate women to the most unbearable of conditions. The male forces established control. Morality was then generated by the power elite of that particular civilization.

On a very primal level, the purpose of the female energies is to regenerate through the sexual organs. This is the gateway to immortality for the beast or animal form of the species. Only through the female genitalia can the beast project its image into a future circumstance and thus obtain perpetual life for his/her kind. Bast symbolized this and also the idea of uninhibited breeding practices which is sometimes known as "catting".

This is the derivation of the word "cunt", common slang for the vagina but almost always used in a derogative sense. This word is so taboo that it has earned its way onto the "list of seven dirty words" that cannot be used on television or radio. As you can see, Bast's influence has no small part in our culture. One can easily see that the rancor and enmity that generally accompanies the words "bastard" and "cunt" derives from the ancient criticism of the culture that was prevalent during the time of Bast.

Crowley's concept of the Scarlet Woman or Babalon is another name for the goddess Bast. Scarlet is chosen because it is the color of blood (also the color chosen for the cover of The Book of the Law). As stated earlier, blood represents the passage of the moon and the menstrual period. The lunar calendar is therefore the calendar of Bast and represents the true time line. This is in direct opposition to the Gregorian calendar that was given to us by the decree of Pope Gregory, the same pope who authorized the inquisition.

In regard to her lunar aspect, Bast's offspring were known as children of the moon, hence the name moon child. In the previous chapter, Crowley was identified as the incarnation of the Priest Ankh-af-an-Khonsu which equates to the Priest of Mentu. As Khonsu also refers specifically to the moon, Bast can be identified as the Priestess of Mentu with regard to her lunar aspect. It is in this respect that Bast could be considered to have presided over the sexual and genetic experiments that are said to have occurred at Montauk.

In what is an amusing correspondence, there are usually various cats that roam the picnic area near the lighthouse parking lot at Montauk. They have no apparent home but are always well fed by the tourists who sometimes take one home for a pet. These cats are known as the "Montauk Cats". I was once told that if you follow the cats before a rainstorm, they will lead you to the underground.

Although Bast's correspondence with Montauk is a bit obscure, Bast was glorified in ancient Egypt as the Sphinx. She had the loins of a lion, symbolized by the constellation Leo and the top half of a virgin woman, symbolized by the constellation Virgo. The Sphinx had breasts at one point, but these were defaced as the patriarchal culture established its foothold. The face was also altered at one point to look more like a chimpanzee. This desecration of the Sphinx prompts an important question: why did we get a chimp?

The answer lies in our genetics. Human evolution on this planet has been primarily restricted to the biology of the ape. It was said previously in this book that Rh positive blood refers to the rhesus monkey genetics being present in the human system. Rh negative implies an alien blood type. One can also see a resemblance to apes in human beings. If you don't believe me, just go to the gorilla exhibit at the zoo.

The word "monkey" itself gives us an interesting play on words. "Mon" refers to Montu, Montauk or the earlier definitions provided for that phoneme while "key" refers to the "key to Montauk". Although there is some contention about it amongst scholars, "Monkey" derives from the Dutch word monnekijn which traces back to the Roman word monne, the origin of which is uncertain. The handwriting is on the wall. Manikan means little man or an imitation of man. Monne is intimately related to the root words already covered.

The word "ape" is said to be borrowed from a Teutonic word yet there is argument and some say it is really from the Celts. It all becomes clear when we consult the derivation of the word " apex". This means several interesting things. It is the highest culminating point of time and also refers to the vertex of a triangle or the conical top of a pyramid. Apex strongly suggests the concept of the Tower of Babalon or the mountain aspect of Montauk. The word itself derives from tip, specifically referring to the tip of a flamen's cap. (A flamen was a priest or magician in ancient Rome, the word deriving from the Sanskrit word brahman.)

Orangutan derives from oran which means man and utati which equates to forest. The word oran is Malaysian word which is suspiciously close to Orion. Chimpanzee derives from "pan" which means all embracing. It also refers to Pan, the god of the forest and fields. He was quite sexually active and Crowley wrote a lot of poetry about him.

Gorilla was coined as a word by the real life Doc Savage based upon a West African word for a race of hairy women. It is a direct reference to a genetic specimen that we don't see or hear too much about today. You can read the book Mother was a Lovely Beast by Philip Jose Farmer for more information along this line.

The point of all this is very clear and the phrase "to monkey around with" takes on a whole new meaning. Somebody monkeyed with our genetics in quite a literal sense. In the time of Bast, all types of genetic samplings were embraced. The conquering influence chose to propagate a similitude with the apes through the morphogenetic grid of evolution.

Bast established that human consciousness could become a lower form it if chose to or that the lower forms could obtain the equivalent of human consciousness. This is a sacrilegious teaching to many, but it was highly regarded as the truth in times past. The city of Bubastis was found by archeologists to contain a multitude of mummified cats who stood as guardians of the temple. The reverence to Bast was intense.

The The Book of the Law teaches us that the propagation of life is completely unrestrictive in its nature. All potentialities are real and this is accomplished through the evolving geometries that lie beneath the blue print of evolution. The goddess Bast champions the unrestricted potential of all creation. Our limitations in evolution are influenced by those who dominate the morphogenetic grid but are essentially determined by our own free will and choice in the matter. StumbleUpon
