And the odious peta credlin and her idiot husband have to go. Let's not forget how appallingly bad their campaign was for the last election. It was purely the visceral hatred for gillard, krudd and the rest of the criminals of the ALP that handed power to Abbott. Some of the background to Julia Gillard's involvement with Wilson, Ludwig and The AWU Scandal

A major new issue has arising in relation to Julia GILLARD's
distinctive competence in promoting incorporated associations to union
leaders for the purpose of raising and holding slush funds. A credible
union leader has provided me with a statement that he is willing to give
on oath to the Royal Commission, alleging that GILLARD approached him
to "sell" him the idea of creating a corporate entity that would appear
to be a health and safety body, but which would in fact be a sham, a
cover for a slush fund outside the union's control and largely beyond
the reach of regulatory authorities.

Baghdadi 'Mossad trained'

WASHINGTON: The former employee at US National Security Agency
(NSA), Edward Snowden, has revealed that the British and American
intelligence and the Mossad worked together to create the Islamic State
of Iraq and Syria (ISIS).

Snowden said intelligence services of three countries created a
terrorist organisation that is able to attract all extremists of the
world to one place, using a strategy called "the hornet's nest".

NSA documents refer to recent implementation of the hornet's nest to
protect the Zionist entity by creating religious and Islamic slogans.

According to documents released by Snowden, "The only solution for
the protection of the Jewish state "is to create an enemy near its
borders".

Leaks revealed that ISIS leader and cleric Abu Bakr Al Baghdadi took
intensive military training for a whole year in the hands of Mossad,
besides courses in theology and the art of speech..

Black Widow (Natalia “Natasha” Alianovna Romanova, also known as
Natasha Romanoff) is a fictional character in the Marvel Comics
Universe. She was created by editor and plotter Stan Lee, scripter Don
Rico and artist Don Heck, and first appeared in Tales of Suspense No. 52
(April 1964). Originally a Russian KGB agent, events eventually see her
rebelling against her own country and siding first with S.H.I.E.L.D
followed by the Avengers.

The Black Widow is a world class athlete and gymnast, expert martial
artist (including karate, judo, aikido, savate, various styles of kung
fu, and boxing), marksman, and weapons specialist as well as having
extensive espionage training. She is also an accomplished ballerina.

The Black Widow uses a variety of equipment invented by Soviet
scientists and technicians, with later improvements by S.H.I.E.L.D.
scientists and technicians. She usually wears distinctively shaped
bracelets which fire the “Widow’s Bite” electro-static energy blasts
that can deliver charges up to 30,000 volts, as well as “Widow’s line”
grappling hooks, tear gas pellets.

She wears a belt of metallic discs, some with disc-charges containing
plastic explosives, others have been shown to be compartments to house
other equipment. Her costume consists of synthetic stretch fabric
equipped with micro-suction cups on fingers and feet, enabling her to
adhere to walls and ceilings.

Cleta Mitchell to the IRS: Answer this | Power Line

Cleta Mitchell to the IRS: Answer this | Power Line

RE: TTV v. IRS et al, 1:13-cv-00734 (D.D.C.), Litigation Hold – Preservation of Responsive Evidence

Dear Counsel:

As you know, True the Vote (“TTV”) filed its lawsuit in the
above-referenced matter on May 21, 2013. By the time TTV filed its suit,
the Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”) and its employees and officials
were on notice of the commencement of several congressional
investigations. The House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform
(“Oversight”), the House Committee on Ways and Means (“Ways and Means”)
and the Senate Finance Committee (“Senate Finance”) (collectively, “the
Committees”) have each provided notice to the IRS of their ongoing
investigations into the IRS, and specifically, Defendant Lois Lerner and
her activities related to the issues involved in the TTV litigation for
over a year now.

Late Friday, the IRS apparently advised the Ways & Means
Committee that the IRS has “lost” Lois Lerner’s hard drive which
includes thousands of Defendant Lerner’s e-mail records. However,
several statutes and regulations require that the records be accessible
by the Committees, and, in turn, must be preserved and made available to
TTV in the event of discovery in the pending litigation. Those statutes
include the Federal Records Act, Internal Revenue Manual section
1.15.6.6 (which refers to the IRS’s preservation of electronic mail
messages), IRS Document 12829 (General Records Schedule 23, Records
Common to Most Offices, Item 5 Schedule of Daily Activities), 36 C.F.R.
1230 (reporting accidental destruction,) and 36 CFR 1222.12. Under those
records retention regulations, and the Federal Records Act generally,
the IRS is required to preserve emails or otherwise contemporaneously
transmit records for preservation.

Therefore, the failure for the IRS to preserve and provide these
records to the Committees would evidence either violations of numerous
records retention statutes and regulations or obstruction of Congress.

Federal courts have held, in the context of trial, that the bad faith
destruction of evidence relevant to proof of an issue gives rise to an
inference that production of the evidence would have been unfavorable to
the party responsible for its destruction. See Aramburu v. The Boeing Co.,
112 F.3d 1398, 1407 (10th Cir. 1997). The fact that the IRS is
statutorily required to preserve these records yet nevertheless publicly
claimed that they have been “lost” appears to evidence bad faith. 18
U.S.C. § 1505 makes it a federal crime to obstruct congressional
proceedings and covers obstructive acts made during the course of a
congressional investigation, even without official committee sanction.
See, e.g., United States v. Mitchell, 877 F.2d 294, 300–01 (4th Cir. 1989); United States v. Tallant, 407 F. Supp. 878, 888 (D.N.D Ga. 1975).

Further, by letters dated September 17, 2013, TTV provided notice to
counsel for the individual IRS Defendants in this litigation. The
“Individual Defendants” are: Steven Grodnitzky, Lois Lerner, Steven
Miller, Holly Paz, Michael Seto, Douglas Shulman, Cindy Thomas, William
Wilkins, Susan Maloney, Ronald Bell, Janine L. Estes, and Faye Ng. TTV’s
September 17, 2013 correspondence reminded you and your clients of the
Individual Defendants’ obligation “not to destroy, conceal or alter any
paper or electronic files, other data generated by and/or stored on your
clients’ computer systems and storage media (e.g. hard disks, floppy
disks, backup tapes) or any other electronic data, such as voicemail.”
We identified the scope as encompassing both the personal and
professional or business capacity of your clients and involving data
“generated or created on or after July 15, 2010.” See Attached Letters
to Ms. Benitez and Messrs. Lamken and Shur.

As the D.C. District Court has found, “[a] party has a duty ‘to
preserve potentially relevant evidence . . . “once [that party]
anticipates litigation.”’” Zhi Chen v. District of Columbia,
839 F. Supp. 2d 7, 12 (D.D.C. 2011) (internal citations omitted). In
fact, “[t]hat obligation ‘runs first to counsel, who has a duty to
advise his client of the type of information potentially relevant to the
lawsuit and of the necessity of preventing its destruction[,]’” and
“also extends to the managers of a corporate party, who ‘are responsible
for conveying to their employees the requirements for preserving
evidence.’” Id. (internal citations omitted).

By letter dated September 25, 2013, Ms. Benitez acknowledged receipt
of our “litigation hold” letter, and vociferously objected to our having
the temerity to send such a letter, “rejecting” our characterization of
documents to be preserved. Indeed, Ms. Benitez, you indicated that you
took great offense at having been put on notice to preserve and maintain
documents related to the issues of this litigation. You further advised
however, that you would continue to advise “your clients as appropriate
and, as always, will abide by my legal and ethical obligations.”
Attached Response of Ms. Benitez.

The public reports released late on Friday, June 13, 2014 stated that
the IRS now claims to have “lost” the emails of defendant Lois Lerner.
These reports are particularly astonishing in light of your
representations, Ms. Benitez, that [you] would “advise your clients, as
appropriate, and [would] abide by your legal and ethical obligations.”
The “lost” emails, from press reports, appear to cover a time period
from January 2009 to April 2011. See Press Release, Committee on Ways
and Means, IRS Claims to Have Lost Over 2 Years of Lerner Emails (June
13, 2014), available at
http://waysandmeans.house.gov/news/documentsingle.aspx?DocumentID=384506.

We are deeply troubled by this news and are concerned about the
spoliation of information and documents pertaining to this case and the
apparent failure on your part to (a) protect and preserve all
potentially relevant information and (b) to advise us of such failure
and spoliation when you first learned of it. We are even more concerned
after receiving your assurances that you would “abide by your legal and
ethical obligations.”

Accordingly, we hereby request that you advise us of the following:

1. What steps did each of you, as counsel for the Defendants, each of
them, take to ensure that any and all documents as described in the
litigation hold letter and as required by federal law were, in fact,
preserved?

2. When did you learn that the destruction, loss or spoliation of emails of Defendant Lois Lerner had occurred?

3. What steps have you, each of you, taken to restore Ms. Lerner’s “lost” emails?

4. Were the “lost” emails from Ms. Lerner’s computer at the IRS or her home computer?

5. Are there documents or records, as described in the Litigation
Hold letter or the subpoenas issued to the IRS from any of the
Committees, belonging to other defendants that have been “lost”?

We are most disturbed to learn this information from media reports
and, in particular, after being chastised by Ms. Benitez regarding the
fact that she “will abide by her legal and ethical obligations.” To Ms.
Benitez in particular, were you aware of and/or did you participate in,
authorize or otherwise sanction the destruction or “loss” of the Lois
Lerner emails?

In addition to seeking responses to the questions in this letter, we
also seek your consent to immediately allow a computer forensics expert
selected by TTV to examine the computer(s) that is or are purportedly
the source of Ms. Lerner’s “lost” emails, including cloning the hard
drives, and to attempt to restore what was supposedly “lost,” and to
seek to restore any and all “lost” evidence pertinent to this
litigation.

We also seek access to all computers, both official and personal,
used by any and all of the Defendants from and after July 1, 2010, in
order to ensure preservation of the documents of all Defendants in this
action.

We wish to resolve our concerns amicably but, absent your consent, we
will file such motions as deemed necessary and appropriate asking the
Court to require that you respond to the questions contained in this
letter, and to permit such forensic examination described herein and for
such other relief as may be appropriate for this egregious breach of
legal authority and professional ethics.

Due to the time-sensitive and urgent nature of this request, please respond by noon on Wednesday, June 18, 2014.

Sincerely,

/s/ Cleta Mitchell

How much more useful would the movement be if it actually focused on

John Liggett and Lois Liggett - Page 2 - JFK Assassination Debate - The Education Forum

John Liggett and Lois Liggett - Page 2 - JFK Assassination Debate - The Education Forum

JOHN LIGGETT and the murder of LBJ look-alike, JAY BERT PECK

On Tuesday, March 27, 1974, 44-year-old Dorothy A. Peck of 1202 Melrose
in Garland, Texas, staggered from her home and asked a neighbor to
summon police and firemen. She had been brutally beaten and a fire had
been started from clothing stuffed beneath her bed. Her bed had been
destroyed and her bedroom scorched before firemen doused the flames.
She had been left for dead, but she survived to identified her
assailant. From her hospital bed, she identified John Melvin Liggett as
the man who had accompanied her home from a bar the night before,
attacked her with a hammer, and set fire to her bed.

Curiously, approximately 5 years earlier on July 5, 1969, Jay Bert Peck,
of the same Garland address and presumably Mrs. Peck husband (although
he was nearly 30 years her senior), was murdered at the same location.
Mrs. Peck heard a shot in the bedroom, rushed in and found Peck in bed
with a bullet wound in his head. He was rushed to Parkland Hospital
where he died 12 hours later. Peck, a cousin of Lyndon Johnson, and an
LBJ look-alike, achieved a certain degree of notoriety impersonating the
president. He made appearances at parties and political functions. He
even had a small part in Dean Martin’s Matt Helm movie, The Wrecking
Crew, in which he appeared as the president.

After Liggett’s arrest, police started looking into possible Liggett
involvement in several unsolved murders. Susan Thompson Payne, a
41-year-old women was found dead in a fire-gutted North Dallas apartment
on February 10, 1974. Her body had been mutilated and sexually abused.
There were several other fire-related murders in the Dallas area in the
early 70s and Liggett was a prime suspect.

All of the above information is in the public domain, in Harrison
Livingstone’s book, “Killing Kennedy”, in contemporary newspaper
accounts (Dallas Morning News), and in Nigel Turner’s TV show. Here are
some unanswered questions:

· Was John Melvin Liggett part of a witness elimination program as claimed by Harrison Livingstone in “Killing Kennedy”?

· It seems very likely the Liggett did try to kill Mrs. Peck. Did he
also murder Jay Bert Peck? Did Peck know something and was that what got
him killed? Did he tell his wife and was that the reason an attempt was
made on her life? Is there any significance to the fact the Peck was a
relative of LBJ? Or is this just another one of those coincidences that
keep cropping up in this case?

· What did the other murder victims know?

· As reported by Livingstone, Larry Howard of the Assassination
Information Center was looking into this case in 1993 when he had two
strokes and died. Is there a connection?

· What does Billie Sol Estes know about this case? He’s been shopping the story around.

Thanks to Walt Brown for providing several key leads.

Here are some photos that may be of interest to readers of this forum:

Jay Bert Peck appeared in the Dean Martin Matt Helm film, “The Wreaking
Crew.” He was paid $1,000 for this brief appearance and is credited in
the Internet Movie Database (imdb.com) as J.B. Pick. Even though it’s
only a shot from the rear, the resemblance is quite striking.

Here is a publicity shot for the film. This picture appeared in
Newsweek, August 5, 1968. The lovely lady on the left is Elke Sommer,
one of the stars of the film.

Michael Smith and Bob Kernohan: the union scum royal commission is THEIR victory. Trust NO ONE In the lapdog media.

Michael Smith News

Very few in the media came to my aid.  The Saturday immediately prior News Limited reported on its CEO John Hartigan and his accommodation of Ms Gillard's demands.   Ms Gillard's apparent extortion leading to News Limited's reports that week warrants close examination by police.

My lawyer Bruce Burke and I had arranged for the Federal Court files
including 2082/96 to be delivered to the Federal Court's Brisbane
Registry for inspection - that was before the court files disappeared.
After 2UE banned any Fairfax staff from assisting me to examine the
files I asked a journalist friend from another organisation to attend at
the court as my agent and inspect the files.   He did.

On 17 September 2011 The Australian published this story.

Hedley article_001 Hedley article_002

That story was quoted in the Fairfax actions against me and by Ms
Gillard in the parliament.   It was not helpful in uncovering the truth.

One week before I lodged the formal complaint with Victoria Police
that led to Operation Tendment I sent this further question to Prime
Minister Gillard.   She did not respond.

Subject: Question for the Prime Minister

From: mail@michaelsmithnews.com

To: sean.kelly@pm.gov.au, john.mcternan@pm.gov.au

Fri, 12 Oct 2012 09:03:24 +1100

Dear Sean,
I have two questions for the PM
please.    I know the answers are not already on the public record
because no one's asked these questions.
Ms Gillard's signature and solicitor's
stamp are on a document that purports to witness the donation of Ralph
Blewitt's Specific Power of Attorney over his purchase of real estate in
Victoria to Bruce Wilson made on 4 February, 1993.
I've put a copy of the document dated 4
February, 1993, with a back-sheet that says Ralph Blewitt, Specific
Power of Attorney, Slater and Gordon Solicitors with the solicitor code
JEG on the web herehttp://www.michaelsmithnews.com/2012/10/the-awu-scandal-blewitt-has-released-the-property-purchase-file.html
That document says that Ralph Blewitt
donated the Power of Attorney to Bruce Wilson on 4 February, 1993.   It
was signed, sealed and delivered Ralph Blewitt.   According to the
document, the donation, the signing, the sealling and  the delivering
were all witnessed by Julia Gillard.   Ms Gillard's signature is written
in her handwriting on the document, and Ms Gillard's then-valid
practising certificate details are stamped thereon.
Yesterday I spoke on the record with
Ralph Blewitt.   He says that no such act as the donation, signing,
sealing or delivering that Ms Gillard purported to have witnessed on 4
February, 1993 ever took place.   He says that he signed the document in
Perth during the week after the property purchase.   He says that Ms
Gillard was not present and could not have witnessed him signing the
document.   For your convenience I refer you to this recording of our
conversation, published to the internet on 11 October, 2012.
If you prefer I have had that
conversation transcribed and I present what I believe to be an accurate
transcription of the actual conversation with Mr Blewitt here.
May I ask the Prime Minister two questions for the public record please.
1. Did you witness Ralph Blewitt
donating his power of attorney to Brue Wilson on 4 February, 1993,
having regard to your obligations as a solicitor?   Was it signed,
sealed and delivered in your presence?
2. If you did witness the donation and Ralph Blewitt signing, sealing and delivering the document, where did that happen?
I will publish this letter and your answers to my website www.michaelsmithnews.com
Thanks,
Michael Smith

The governmental process by which same-sex marriage has been foisted on

in which the elite have strong-armed ordinary people into relinquishing
their views and way of life. Isn’t that something that should have us

accepted, primarily because young people tend to have no problem with

Australian Broadcasting Corp. whitewashes drug bust of Islamic Council head
Robert Spencer May 30, 2014 at 8:57am Australia, journalistic bias 10 Comments

WA Islamic Council 2This story from ABC.net.au says that the arrested people had so much methylamphetamine on them that clearly they were major dealers. It identifies them by name as Ziad and Rabih Jneid, but doesn’t identify them further. However, an earlier version of the story that now resolves to the link below had a very different headline: “WA Islamic Council president Rateb Jneid among those charged over drugs, guns seizure.” Now all mention of Rabih Jneid’s connection to the Western Australian Islamic Council has been removed from the story.

And quite rightly, you may say, for the connection is only incidental; even though we have seen the jihadists of the Taliban and al Qaeda fund their jihads by means of drug trafficking, the WA Islamic Council is moderate, and anyway police haven’t given a hint of any possibility that Rabih Jneid was funding jihad activities by dealing drugs,

Maybe so, but if Rabih Jneid were the Roman Catholic Bishop of Perth, or a leading rabbi in Western Australia, would the Australian Broadcasting Corporation not find the discovery that he was a major drug trafficker newsworthy in connection with his position? Would it show a similar concern for the reputation of the institution involved, so as to scrub all mention of it from its coverage of the drug bust?

I doubt it. StumbleUpon

Vilma. That’s an unusual name. So I got to Googling and guess what?

She was a Labor plant.

Courier Mail, 7 September, 2011:

Labor’s last man standing.

WHAT makes Kevin Rudd so popular with Queenslanders? The South-East Advertiser found out what’s so special about Kev.

Local community groups say our Federal member for Griffith Kevin Rudd is “one in a million”.

As the Minister for Foreign Affairs recovers from heart surgery, the people in his electorate have reflected on his popularity.

“He is just the best … he’s one in a million,” Bulimba Senior Citizens head Vilma Ward said.

“He hasn’t changed a bit from when he was first campaigning all those
years ago to try and get into the seat of Griffith to now…”

“I can’t say this about a lot of politicians, but Kevin is a genuine trustworthy person,” Vilma said.
But wait there is more. CL also managed to track Vilma down on Kevin Rudd’s twitter account.

Column - So much pain just to halve Labor’s monster debt | Herald Sun Andrew Bolt Blog

THIS Budget says something terrifying about Australia, so hooked on handouts. How can it hurt so much to do so little?

The Abbott Government is dicing with political death to make so many
cuts, raise so many taxes and charges, and break so many promises.

Yet even after all this pain we still won’t post a surplus for at least
another five years, and Labor’s debt will keep rising until then.

Oh, just to show the legacy of Labor’s criminally reckless spending,
this financial year will leave us with one of the biggest deficits in
our history — $50 billion — racked up at a time of growth and high
prices for our minerals.

So you think this Government is now too brutal, slashing family
payments, slugging uni students, taxing the “rich” with a deficit levy,
hiking petrol prices, charging for doctor visits and sacking 16,500
public servants over four years?

Well, stop whingeing: despite all these cuts, government spending is
still going up by $56 billion over the next four years, from $411
billion this financial year.

Evan Freed Affidavit « JFK CIA

Evan Freed Affidavit « JFK CIA

1. I, Evan Phillip Freed, declare as follows:

I am an attorney at law, duly licensed to practice in this State.

During
the Presidential Campaign of 1968, I was a full time college student
at California State University, and was also working part-time as a
photographer for Copley News Service and the Culver City Star News.  In
that capacity, I was assigned to travel with and cover the Robert
Kennedy Presidential campaign.

I
traveled on Senator Kennedy’s plane, along with other members of the
news media, through California and Oregon.  I spent time speaking to
Senator Kennedy and his wife, and had no difficulty gaining excellent
camera advantage to document the events taking place.

On
the evening of the 1968 California primary, I was present at the
Ambassador Hotel in a room directly adjacent to Senator Kennedy’s.  We
had been awaiting election results.  Eventually the Senator and his
staff left to go downstairs to the Embassy Room to deliver a victory
speech.  I accompanied the Senator on the elevator, and entered an area
of the Embassy Room set aside for press photographers.

During
the Senator’s speech, a scuffle broke out where I was standing among
several news photographers, and I was hit in the face with a large
newsreel camera.  My camera was also broken in the scuffle, and I
decided to go to a quiet area to attempt repairs.  I immediately went
into the Embassy Room pantry area, arriving there about 5 minutes prior
to the end of the Senator’s speech.

Nothing
in the pantry area seemed unusual, however, I do recall the
following.  Two men who looked very similar in appearance and clothing
were moving about the pantry area.  One man was wearing lighter
clothing than the other, and he was holding a drink glass in his hand.
The 2nd man was standing near the south wall of the pantry,
directly across from a large metal serving table.  The men never stood
together, however, they appeared to be looking at each other from
time-to-time.  I did not pay particular attention to the 2nd
man, although I do recall thinking that he was the other man’s
brother.  I assumed that they were in the pantry to avoid the large
crowd in the Embassy Room.

At
one point, the man with the drink asked me how long the Senator’s
speech would last, and I told him I did not know.  He also asked hotel
kitchen employees in the pantry where he could get some ice for his
drink, and they directed him to an ice machine next to the door leading
into the Embassy Room.  The man with the drink was Sirhan Sirhan.

When
the Senator entered the pantry, he was followed by a crowd of reporters
and guests.  I was standing at the entrance to the pantry, and walked
along the Senator’s right side until he paused near the metal serving
table inside the pantry.  There appeared to be some confusion at that
time with some persons telling the Senator to go back up the freight
elevator, and others telling him to go into an adjacent room (I believe
the California Room) where the press were waiting.  I assumed he would
go to meet the press, and I took a few steps in front of him.  I was
facing the Senator’s right side at that time, about 4 feet away.  It
was at this time that shooting began.

I saw the 2nd
man (wearing the darker clothing) who had been in the pantry with
Sirhan during the speech pointing a gun in an upward angle at the
Senator.  Based on the sound I heard, I believe the first shot came
from this man’s gun.  In the background, about 6-8 feet from me, I
could see Sirhan firing a revolver held in his right hand in the
direction of the Senator.  People in the crowd were screaming and
grabbing Sirhan, and I remember they were holding his arm as he was
shooting.  I cannot say how many shots were fired by Sirhan or by the
second gunman.

As the crowd rushed towards Sirhan, they passed by the 2nd
gunman.  He was backing away, towards the east end of the pantry.  I
was shoved by the surge of the crowd back against the south wall of the
pantry, where I was alone next to another door that exited into the
Embassy Room.

At that time, I observed the 2nd
gunman running in my direction.  He was not holding a gun at that
time.  Another man was running behind him in the same direction yelling
at me, “Stop that guy, stop him.”  There was no one else other than
the 2nd gunman that he could have been yelling at.  This
took place just as I was opening the door to the Embassy Room to get
some help.

As the 2nd gunman came to the door, the man pursuing him yelled to me again, “Get him, get it!”  As the 2nd
gunman passed through the door, the man pursuing him tried to grab him
but failed.  Both men ran into the Embassy Room.  The 2nd
gunman ran directly out the east doors of the Embassy Room.  The man
running after him almost fell as he came through the pantry doors, and
he continued running in the same direction as the second gunman.  I
never saw either of these men again.

I
went back into the pantry, and soon realized I could be of little help.
I tried preventing people from entering the room, and hotel staff soon
took over that task.  I then went back upstairs to the Senator’s
room, speaking briefly with Milton Berle, one of the few people who had
stayed behind when the Senator had gone downstairs.

I
place a couple of phone calls from the room to my family to advise them
that I was not injured in the shooting.  I assumed they had been
watching the events on live television.  I then returned to the pantry,
where I gave my name, address and phone number to an LAPD officer who
had arrived at the scene.  I then left the Ambassador Hotel, eventually
going home.

It
was not until several weeks later that I was contacted by LAPD to give a
statement.  My recollection is that over a month went by until I was
asked to come to Parker Center to speak to detectives investigating the
case.  I met with several LAPD detectives, and told them what I have
stated above.  They asked me to look through photographs taken in the
Embassy Room the night of the shooting, and to point myself out.  After
doing this, I was asked whether or not the man pursuing the 2nd
gunman could have been yelling, “Get an ambulance” or “Get a doctor.”
I told them that was not correct, but they insisted I had been
incorrect in what I heard.  Although I have a description of the man
who pursued the 2nd gunman, I was never asked to look for him in photos, or otherwise produce a drawing of him.  I made it very clear that the 2nd gunman look very much like Sirhan, except that his clothing was darker in color and coordinated.

At
the end of my interview, the detectives asked me to send them all my
photographs I had taken of the Senator.  They said they wanted to try
to locate Sirhan in the crowds.  They promised to return the negatives
to me, however, they never did, insisting they had been mixed up with
all the others.

I was
eventually contacted by the FBI, who interviewed me at my home.  They
asked me specific questions, mainly about Sirhan.  They seemed to be
avoiding asking me questions about the 2nd gunman, although I told them the same things I have stated above.

Other
than a news crew sent to my home by Baxter Ward (Channel 9 News)
several years later, I have never spoken to the press about these
events.  I have never desired publicity in this matter, and I have no
opinion as to who fired the shot or shots that killed Senator Kennedy.
My purpose in making these statements now is to help insure that a
fair investigation is conducted in this case.

I declare under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct.  Executed this 13th day of May, 1992, at Los Angeles, California.

What we really need is what Paul Krassner called "an epidemic of conscience".

Beyond tribal loyalties and the sports team paradigm of fake left-right politics, corruption and outright crime is the enabling energy of rulership in our society. Slash public service and make us all happy | Daily Telegraph Piers Akerman Blog

Slash public service and make us all happy | Daily Telegraph Piers Akerman Blog

Other areas of government spending — stuff the taxpayer picks up the
bill for — will be cut and there will be all the usual squeals from the
public sector unions.

As they are highly unionised and their unions throw money at the Labor
Party, it is safe to suggest that the members largely vote Labor. Why
wouldn’t they vote for the party which not only supports their jobs and
their pay rises, but is also guaranteed to expand their organisations?

The cries from Canberra are already ringing out across the Monaro, but
if the UK experience is anything to go by, cutting the public service
can be of great benefit to the nation.

Faced with far greater debts than Australia (the business-as-usual
projections in the Audit Commission report had the net debt rising to 17
per cent of GDP, in the UK its 80 per cent), the British

Conservatives
have ruled out any cuts to pensioner benefits, and no one has suggested a
co-payment for the NHS, which means their cuts have had to fall on a
far narrower base and also be deeper.

The important lesson that we should have learnt from the UK is that
paring back spending and cutting into the public sector has not had the
severe macro-economic consequences that the some predicted, and which
Canberrans claimed would occur.

In the UK, growth has picked up quite strongly, and private-sector
employment has grown, more than offsetting the fall in public-sector
jobs.

As we know to our cost, the federal government is not equipped to do a
lot of things. Not only does it have an education department but no
schools and health department but no hospitals, its bureaucrats failed
entirely when they were asked to take on tasks better left to the
private sector.

If the lethal home insulation scheme is not a constant reminder of
bureaucratic incompetence, the Green-tinged department of climate
change, or the inadequate buildings constructed for the education
revolution should be.

The law insists the safety of this “refugee” comes above the safety of Australian children. That’s why he’s still here:

AN
evil child sex predator - who cannot be deported thanks to his
protection visa - is now targeting footy training, a school, parks,
playground and Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre.

Ali Jaffari, an Afghan refugee on the sex offenders register, is under
police investigation over his behaviour towards young children at footy
training and Auskick near Albert Park…

And one mum said Jaffari followed her two children after dark in Albert
Park, staring and touching himself. “It was truly frightening,” she
said.

Jaffari was convicted and placed on the sex offenders register for 15
years over the assault of a boy at Geelong’s Eastern beach in August but
received just 300 hours of community service.

Jaffari kissed the boy on the neck, told him he was “sexy” and rubbed himself against him.

In January he was accused of child stealing and unlawful assault of a four-year-old girl at a Geelong West oval…

When interviewed, Jaffari told police: “For us, is not an issue.”
Is a refugee program which produces these outcomes really in the national interest?

Magistrate Ron Saines stood the matter down in March, advising police if
he were hearing the matter he would have reasonable doubt finding
Jaffari guilty, citing cultural differences.

The charges were dropped.

Add to that the fact that they are penalised with extra living costs by such things as green schemes and renewable energy.

And then add to that the fact that they see their suburbs and our

Australian Labor is following UK labors policy on
immigration. That is to throw open the doors so to speak and change
social makeup of our society in order to ‘rub the rights noses’ into
diversity and render all future arguments out of date.

Their strategy revolves around the opinion that all these migrants will be left wing supporters.

However in the UK. this has got well and truly out of hand with the
Muslim population now reaching around 2.5 million and growing rapidly.

Islam is now the fastest growing religion over there and on track to become the dominant religion within the next decade.

One doesn’t need a crystal ball to see Englands future. A future where

Scotland wants to become independent)

The same will eventually happen here unless we are very careful.

PARANOIDS ONLINE: The Sixth Man?

PARANOIDS ONLINE: The Sixth Man?

When sleaze-ball Anthony Blunt confessed his role as a Soviet spy to MI5 interrogators in 1964, he gave up Mountbatten.

Defying protocol, the Queen was informed personally by the Director-General of
MI5 to keep the government of the day—especially its suspect prime
minister, Harold Wilson—out of the loop. This was an extraordinary
arrangement, and out of it was hatched an even more extraordinary deal:
Louis Mountbatten would remain free, unaware that he had been
compromised; the Queen would assist MI5 supplying cousin Dickie with
disinformation for Soviet consumption.

One faction of Britain’s security service was livid. They wanted to see Lord Mountbatten
punished for his betrayal. However, the arrest, trial and imprisonment
of one of Britain’s most prominent royals was out of the question
because of the irreparable harm it would do Britain’s monarchy.

This faction, more powerful a decade-and-a-half later, finally had their chance.

The plan was brilliant in its simplicity: Sit back and watch Irish
Republican Army (IRA) terrorists blow Louis Mountbatten to kingdom come.
They had earlier learned through their informant inside the IRA’s War
Council of the plan to assassinate Lord Mountbatten while he vacationed
aboard his yacht in Ireland. All they had to do was nothing.

Ok, this is a link to the docudrama program broadcast originally on BBC2
about 6 years ago http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0780586/ . It was the first
time a significant amount of information about the attempted coup was
acknowledged. Until then the few who knew were branded crackpots, dreamers
or conspiracy theory nutters. As it transpired they were far nearer the
truth than most would have guessed.

If you find the documentary on torrent (shouldn't be too hard) it does make
for an interesting item. Where it differs from reality however is that I
recall the documentary made much mention of a "rehearsal", "excercise" or
"dry run" to see how they (military) could do it if they wanted.

It wasn't a rehearsal though, it was the real thing which was only halted as
the tanks were approaching Downing Street and Sir John Hackett was informed
of the intention to install Mountbatten and imprison Wilson. The following
email is the one I was given by my friend some 15+ years ago.

If you have any specific questions that you want answering I will try and
find out for you - I am still in touch with the source. The email is almost
"story like" which just happens to be his style of writing things. At the
time I had his consent to send a slightly redacted version to several
members of the press to see if they could get anywhere (they couldn't due to
D-notices) but it is interesting that the title he chose for the explanation
of what happened was then used to make a book/film with a similar plot to
reality.

==================================

A Typically British Coup

It was a warm summers day, a Saturday if my memory serves me correct, I was
flying back into Heathrow Airport after a couple of days in Paris on
business.

I passed rapidly through the terminal (the building which is now Terminal
Two) and emerged into the large open concourse to look for a taxi.

Thinking back, I might have seen an enhanced security presence within the
Terminal, but, if I did, it was discreet enough for me not to notice it,
therefore, as I hurried through the building, nothing had prepared me for
what I saw as soon as I emerged from the building.

At the opposite side of the concourse, a line of khaki camouflaged Army
lorries dominated the thronging scene of cars, taxis buses and pedestrians.
Curious, I stopped abruptly and looked more closely at the improbable scene.
It was then that I realized that, in the large splash of khaki stood a
number of armoured cars and personnel carriers.

"What the hell?", I muttered, I had seen television film of such sights in
remote countries. In riot torn Paris I had seen conspicuous evidence of such
a military presence. But nothing to compare with the naked gun barrels that
faced the building.

An immediate urge to get away, since it seemed that such a presence could
imply no good, overwhelmed me. I hurried to the taxi rank and clambered,
thankfully, into the first vacant cab.

"Euston", and , as he pulled away from the curb, settled back, keeping a
wary eye on the military presence. Who could be sure that the artillery
might not be used? And, less conspicuous, but very evident, the loitering
soldiers, automatic weapons cradled in their arms.

I leaned forward, "What the hell is all that about?", I asked my driver. I
didn't need to tell him what I was asking about. He shrugged. We entered the
tunnel. In the gloom he told me "That's nothing, there's ruddy tanks and
armoured cars on the road. Four or five roadblocks between here and
Hounslow, don't ask me why".

"No idea?" I asked incredulously. "None", he reiterated, "none at all mate,
looks like a military take over".

As we drove down the A4, that, before the M4 was the major route to London,
I saw what he meant. At the first roadblock we were waived down and, perhaps
as it was surround by luggage, I was asked for my passport. It was examined,
although somewhat cursorily, and we were waived on. I was anxious. I could
feel my pulse racing. What was going on?

At the ensuing roadblocks with armoured vehicles facing both ways, and
manned by armed troops, we were waived by. It was strange and slightly
worrying.

Neither in the news that evening, nor in the front of the morning papers was
there any evident explanation. On the inside pages I found the story. There
was believed to be a threat by a terrorist organization to shoot down a
plane landing at - or leaving - Heathrow. It was an explanation, but
somehow, it was not convincing. Such a huge military presence would surely
only deter such an attack, not root out the potential perpetrators It could
only be a threat delayed. But anyway, the plan seemed absurd, what could
such an act achieve? The terrorists beginning to multiply across Europe and
the Middle East seemed, generally, to have fairly clear objectives.

There was however, no other obvious explanation. Until 1974.

It was the second General Election of the year. Harold Wilson
had been Prime Minister at the time of my alarming arrival at Heathrow.

In the late mid term of his 1966 - 70 Ministry he had been very unpopular.
His own party saw him as a right wing compromiser; the opposition portrayed
him as a crypto Communist. It was then, a turbulent time in politics. There
were parliament defectives, including the MP for Pembrookshire, Desmond
Donnely who was the author of a book "The Gathering Storm" about the
overthrow of a Labour Prime Minister.

Harold Wilson seemed, at the time, friendless, and it was no great surprise
when he lost the 1970 election to Edward Heath.

By 1974, he recovered a good deal of his popularity, and his presence at an
election rally was a great draw.

It was behind the scenes of his "day campaigning" that, the conversation
with a very senior member of his staff moved to those turbulent days of the
60's, and I mentioned my apprehension on encountering the military at
Heathrow.

"It was of course", they said, "a very serious event". "The terrorist
threat", I asked. It had never materialized. "Wasn't it a touch of
overreaction?" My observation was greeted with a grimace. "The terrorist
threat was close to home?" I ventured? I dare say I looked as quizzical as
I felt.

"It's a long story, but in essence, it was an attempted Coup d'Etat". I'm
quite sure my eyes widened. I had, of course, speculated on many
possibilities, including that, but discounted an explanation so wild. I
realized, however, there was no twinkle in the eyes that faced me, rather
grimness.

It is a simple story. The cavalry, of course are one of the great
aristocratic traditions of the British Army. Once, they were recruited
amongst the idiot younger sons of the landed gentry to charge the cannons
without thinking about it. Now, we recruit graduates to master the
technology of the armour that has replaced the horses. They are more
inclined to have minds, and sometimes they are hard to control.

Anyway, convinced that Mr. Wilson had lost his mandate, control of his party
and was, as rumour had it, actually controlled by Russia, a plot was
hatched.

I was told, "At the centre of it was Cecil King, Chairman of the Mirror
Group, who felt slighted by Mr Wilson. A powerful man with powerful
connections. The plot he, and those he gathered around him, hatched, was to
overthrow the government and replace it by a Popular Government to be headed
by the ubiquitous figure of Earl Mountbatten."

"Through the "country-set" connections, it was not hard to involve the
Salisbury Plain brigade who had enough armour to take over the seat of
government with ease, arrest Mr. Wilson and his government, and put in place
their own administration."

"Who knows, it might have worked, but they were so sure of the support of
the military hierarchy, who could be heard at dinner parties making their
own doubts known, that they decided to leave involving them until the very
last moment."

"It was, therefore, after they had left barracks early on the morning the
day you arrived from Heathrow that they radioed Sir John Hackett, CIGS to
inform him of their intention."

"Whatever Sir John's personal opinion however, he was first and foremost, a
traditionalist and such a move was beyond his ability to support. He told
them so."

"Unfortunately, the massive movement of troops and armour towards London
could not go unnoticed, even at such an early hour. The Army were already
receiving press calls for explanations."

"Rapidly, an explanation was created. The story of the terrorist threat. It
did not, admittedly, stand close scrutiny, but "D Notices" could be - and
were - issued on the basis of a threat to National Security."

"A few days later, the forces returned to barracks, there were judicious
retirements and transfers, and the threat went away." Well, that's the
story. But you'll never hear it again. There was much I wanted to ask, but
the Prime Minister's arrival was imminent, and anyway, it was clear such
questions were not welcome.

Early in the nineties, a journalist acquaintance of mine, intrigued by the
stories, began to ask questions. It was still "D Notice" time.

As I say the televised documentary will back up some of the above but there
are a lot of "gaps" in that which the above might help to fill in. If you
have any specific question I can try and get answers if you are interested.
I doubt I will be able to name any further names though.
