Based on Robert E. Howard's diffusionist theory of history. It has a lot to recommend it, it's really only fashion that wars against diffusionism, the evidence of both our own eyes and history itself would tend to show diffusionism is an excellent explanation for many a linguistic, mythopoeic or architectural coincidence.
