She announced late last year that she would be leaving the show that made her famous, but Karen Gillan may not find it easy to do so.
The 24-year-old actress was spotted on the set of Doctor Who in Cardiff Bay yesterday and couldn't hold back the tears.
However, the redhead wasn't feeling emotional about it being one of her last times on set of the BBC1 show, but was instead filming a dramatic scene for the upcoming series.

Not ready to leave: Perhaps the redhead was feeling sad about it being her last series of the BBC1 show
The person on the receiving end of all the noise was Gillan's onscreen husband Rory Williams, who is played by Arthur Darvill.
In the emotional scene, the couple have clearly had an argument and Darvill is seen storming out of the building with Gillan closely behind him.

However, in real-life the acting pair appear to get on just fine and were spotted chatting with one another during takes.
Gillan was obviously feeling the cold while hanging around on the set and decided to keep herself warm with a hot water bottle and a beige padded jacket.

The cast will be taking a trip to New York to film an upcoming episode which will feature the Weeping Angels - an ancient race of aliens.
Gillan - who was cast as Pond back in 2009 - will be replaced on the show by Jenna-Louise Coleman, who will make her debut in this year's Christmas special and in eight episodes that will air in 2013.
