You’re no John Stuart Mill » The Spectator

Next is the government’s pre-election pledge to make
changes to section 18C of the Racial Discrimination Act, the
Labor-enacted hate speech law that was used (illiberally) to go after
Andrew Bolt… Recall that this section has four triggers that undercut
free speech. Those triggers are the words ‘insult’, ‘offend’,
‘humiliate’ and ‘intimidate’....

But rather than get rid of all four, and repeal the entirety of 18C (which analogously did happen in Canada federally), the talk now
is of how the government might keep the prohibitory words ‘humiliate’
and ‘intimidate’ and either repeal or replace ‘offend’ and ‘insult’. Let
me be blunt. Such a craven compromise is in no way at all the choice of
a government committed to free speech. It basically is window dressing,
leaving the Labor inroads into free speech pretty much where they are.

Try this test Mr Attorney-General. Tell us precisely what the difference
is between offending or insulting someone and humiliating someone. The
fact is our AG cannot differentiate them… So if this government opts for
this sort of half-hearted compromise, it cannot with a straight face
also pretend such cosmetic changes somehow meet its free speech pledge.
Same trial, same judge, same Andrew Bolt, and Bolt still loses if all
that is changed is that the focus is on ‘humiliate’ rather than ‘offend’
or ‘insult’.

I won’t even bother here to do more than mention that the
Attorney-General rather incredibly seems to be mooting adding, yes
adding, some brand new speech restricting criminal law provision
— the old one being for him too narrowly drawn or something. Why, you might wonder, are we hearing
these backtracking noises? Alas, I fear the government just can’t be bothered to take on the vested interests.

Hey remember that military cyberstalker?

Received a formal reply back from Defence about him: they aren't going to do anything.

Since that didn't kill me with surprise, allow me to explain.

According to the security part of the defence force, the part meant to investigate and police peculiar weirdos like the stalker, they know him, indeed he's a "colleague". IE, they're mates. He works, according to their own testimony, down the corridor from them in the same building.

But you see, this was known beforehand. I KNEW that, asking mates to check on mates, only ever gets one result. Well, one initial result.

What perhaps they in turn did not realise- is that the wounded veteran officer he stalked and harassed is available as a witness, and so is another senior fellow who was also stalked by him.

Put any personal information I might bring to the table to one side.

But consider that two total strangers to me have got this perverted security risk of a timewaster DEAD TO RIGHTS. In writing. Also, IPs and such. Although in this case (there's that word again) I doubt it will ever even require such Sherlockian efforts.

Which in turn means the defence force is gone a million this time. Quite possibly literally given the utterly false statements the pantysniffer's made online. Not to mention the aforesaid stalking of a retired wounded veteran.

And that's not even the half of it.

Dead. To. Rights.

Documented.

So the million dollar question is: when will he be named and shamed? And where?

Hypothetically, it might not even be on this blog, or by me. Since I am the least of his worries as of defence covering up his actions. I am also not the only person who is on the case. Even with every corrupt or incompetent monitor on his activities in his favour, this isn't going away.

At some point some would argue that this situation needs to penetrate his escapist fantasy and bring him back down to earth.

Or of course alternatively he will simply double down on stupid. At this point he has his own National Crime Authority case number. Sky's the limit then really, isn't it?

Carbon Tax: are we a nation of laws or not?

And on the subject of this illegal tax, and the STUPID and possibly NEGLIGENT advice provided to state governments:

1. the carbon tax imposes unequal duties between the states (mining and non-mining states). ILLEGAL.

2. the carbon tax imposes duties and taxes over property which the Commonwealth of Australia or the entity (listed on Wall Street) claiming federal sovereignty in Australia DOES NOT OWN. The Commonwealth is treating with property and purporting to license or permit in relation to property it doesn't own. Try doing that yourself. I'll send you a cake when you get to jail.

3. in right of the Commonwealth of Australia etc. the permits ie credits or certificates that the Commonwealth will be printing is a FIAT CURRENCY and NOT any form of lawful licence. They are substituting a new currency for the money of the Federation of Australia in direct violation of the Constitution and the preserved laws of the State.

4. the Minister, currently Greg Combet but whosoever it may be, is exercising fiat power in deciding who will be forgiven the illegal debts this tax seeks to create, which is not only monstrously ultra vires, it also exceeds his Crown Minister authority, and where it does not exceed his authority to the extent it is based on the opinion unsubstantiated of people such as English major Tim Flannery and others is an arbitrary decision making process based on inappropriate assessements that are liable under administrative law, criminal law and otherwise.

5. finally and fundamentally, any State can pass a law making the Carbon Tax either illegal or unenforceable by reserving powers, stating what they really don't need to state- which is that the Carbon Tax cannot apply to State property, offends against the state excise provisions.

6. addendum- if it be shown that Green beliefs are faith based, and it's pretty clear they are, the Commonwealth is establishing a (pagan) religion.

7. socialist redistribution of wealth is NOT Australian nor is it legal. In service to foreign interests- be they Goldman Sachs or international socialism- in service to foreign interests, any officer of the Crown be shown to be so serving an alien power is guilty, attainted and open to a charge of treason.

Feminazi and girlymen second rate lawyers in bureaucracies WANT wealth redistribution. Any Australian State that took on the Carbon Tax would win, and handily win, as well as guranteeing the politicians who took the action an absolute landslide at the polls not to mention braggable power play status for life.

What's the difference between the Soviet Union and the modern Western security state? Answer: the Soviet Union no longer officially exists.

False Flag: we shoot ourselves, to blame people who we "know" are "dangerous" because they would shoot us if they could, but we're too good at fighting them for that to be true. So, we shoot ourselves then squeeze their dead hand on the gun to get their prints on the murder weapon.

The question increasingly is why bother? The media are lying scum who are in the pocket of the corporate-socialist interests anyway so why bother even going through the farce?

The fact that details are still faked tells you something very crucial. That is, the control systems are nowhere near as perfect or powerful as the corporate-socialist propaganda makes it out to be.

It is still possible to be free, but freedom is not a charity given, it is a right protected.

300 bucks per illegal immigrant: what price your country and culture? There is no way back if we let it happen. None.

Info on Islam: Labour has deliberately destroyed British National identity.

Labour hate, detest and fear the the English working class

'The English are potentially very
aggressive, very violent" - Jack Straw

So this is what they've been doing for the past twelve years
...
".....replacing traditional pride with inherited guilt: all of this could be facilitated by a large influx of migrants whose presence in the population would require the wholesale deconstruction of the country's sense of its own identity."

"New Labour tide brought with it in the beginning: the contempt for history and the Year Zero arrogance with which they set about "modernising" the nation's institutions."

"But the subtext was always self-examination and personal guilt: the indigenous Briton must be trained (literally, by the education system) always to question the acceptability of his own attitudes, to cast doubt on his own motives, to condemn his own national identity and history, to accept the blame even for the misbehaviour of new migrants – whose conduct could only be a reflection of the unfortunate way they were treated by the host population."
- Green Arrow

Hidden agenda
When the Labour control freaks came to power twelve years ago they had a secret agenda to destroy British identity and national pride, with Englishness as public enemy number one.

At the time of their election victory, anyone who suggested that Labour were setting out on a deliberate campaign of nation-wrecking would have been regarded as a loony conspiracy theorist. But recently overwhelming evidence has emerged showing that this was their intention all along.

Politically motivated attempt to radically change the country
The first revelation of their hidden agenda came from Andrew Neather, a former government adviser
"The huge increases in migrants over the last decade were partly due to a politically motivated attempt by ministers to radically change the country and "rub the Right's nose in diversity", according to Andrew Neather, a former adviser to Tony Blair, Jack Straw and David Blunkett.
He said Labour's relaxation of controls was a deliberate plan to "open up the UK to mass migration" but that ministers were nervous and reluctant to discuss such a move publicly for fear it would alienate its core working class vote." - Telegraph

Secret policy paper proposed a cultural jihad against Britishness
Then, confirmation came from the release of the full text of the draft policy paper composed in 2000 by a Home Office research unit – the gist of which had already been made public by a former Labour adviser – released under Freedom of Information rules. It is political dynamite.

What it states quite unequivocally was that

mass immigration was being encouraged at least as much for "social objectives" as for economic ones. Migration was intended specifically to alter the demographic and cultural pattern of the country

to produce by force majeure the changes in attitude that the Labour government saw itself as representing.

The ALP and all the rest of the social scum and other fascistic collectivist elements, INCLUDING capitalists in big business and banks, ie "monopoly capitalists" ie slave owners who want a permanent enormous underclass unified in a slave religion and drugged with sugar drinks and junk food, are deliberately, cold bloodedly destroying Australia exactly as they destroyed Great Britain.

We have in Tony Abbott a very rare, indeed unique, individual, who whilst no more perfect than any other human, is utterly opposed to this white genocide. He has faults aplenty, and divided loyalties of his own, but the sheer hatred of him and constant defamation of him by the socialist-monopoly capitalist collective is proof positive he is the man for the job.

We fight this genocide now, or we are GONE. As in EXTINCT. This is a racial, cultural and of course social issue. StumbleUpon

The American Spectator : The Spectacle Blog : Look! Up in the Sky! It's a Bird? It's a Plane? It's a… Drone!?

Two months ago, the president signed into law the 2012 FAA Modernization and Reform Act.
Now the countdown is on.

The bill gave the FAA 90 days (a mere thirty days, hence) to allow police and first responders to fly small drones over domestic airspace. Within the next four years, the federal agency is charged with authorizing and certifying the flight assorted unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) -- quite literally -- over our heads. By the FAA's own estimates, by 2020, some 30,000 drones, of various shapes and sizes, could be patrolling America from above.

***

Way back in the 1990s a lady reported seeing a mechanical ie robotic dragonfly, no bigger than a real live large dragonfly, land on her car winsdhield and then just as suddenly fly off again.

Likewise there have been some really weird shaped "UFOs" reported in recent years, indicating a clear technological development.

As clear as some UFOs are energy beings, others are definitely secret technology. Official airships were entering service between 1907-1909, what makes anyone think that the technology didn't actually enter into secret use in the 1800s? It isn't difficult technology to produce.

Leaving aside putative aircraft from Ancient Egypt, there is documentary and physical evidence of multi-stage rocket launches in the fifteenth century.

These drones becoming public is another example of how decades after technology is created it finally goes into the public arena. Blackbird SR-71 has only leaked into the public domain after it left service. We're now THREE generations of spy "aircraft" later and we haven't seen much real information on even the first replacement.

Below is information on miniaturised drones from the year 1999... Ponder how far ahead real drone cutting edge tech must be given that the estimate of how far ahead black budget technology is ranges from 25 years (Cathy O'Brien) to 100 years (Janes). It's notable that between the Nazi designs from 1932-1944 and the British designs from 1936-1946, all stolen by the USA as "payment" for war loans and reparations, there were no new innovations until the early 1980s, the point at which the predominantly Nazi-English technology finally ran out. In other words it took 35 years of reverse engineering even with the vast money applied to the problem by the USA for that country to finally assimilate all of the discoveries from the golden age.

God only knows what else was reverse engineered and where the information came from- the thousands of stolen Tesla patents? Channelled information from nonhuman intelligences?

The Traffic Surveillance Drone project has received initial funding from the Georgia Department of Transportation and the Federal Highway Administration's Priority Technology Program. Aspects of this ducted fan drone are currently under development within the Georgia Tech Research Institute’s Advanced Vehicle Development and Integration Laboratory. It is designed around an aluminum chassis with a carbon composite body structure that also provides structural stability. It is the first rotary wing drone with twin engines and one-engine-out flight capability. It is designed with affordability and safety in mind. All propulsors are shrouded and the single-rotor design improves reliability while reducing weight and keeping the projected production price in a range that is attractive to law enforcement agencies, emergency search and rescue teams, as well as highway departments.
Present research centers on ways to reduce the size of the drone and to use advanced active flow control techniques to eliminate the need for a fully articulated rotor (replacing it with a fan or propeller) while at the same time obviating the need for deflector vanes. The following picture shows one of our active flow control experiments to demonstrate counter torque while using an unarticulated ducted propeller without deflector vanes (no moving control surfaces). A 46MB movie of the “Bagel” active flow control experiment shows purely acoustic control of antitorque in a ducted fan without the use of deflector vanes. Other experiments demonstrate that pitch and roll can be similarly controlled. In the movie, note that the test stand-mounted vehicle is allowed to completely twist under the effects of propeller torque until it hits the yaw stops on the test stand. A tone can then be heard (emitted by the vehicle under test) and the torque effects are completely neutralized

The Drone also has capabilities that make it attractive for military applications, especially in low intensity conflicts and urban warfare . Note that such a drone would fill a needed void in locations such as Sarajevo where high altitude reconnaissance from assets such as Predator only provide the “"big picture” from above, but do not allow one to look into windows, fly into parking decks, breach obstacles, or perch on a building roof as a sentry. A militarized version of the drone known as Dragon Stalker (see below) has been conceived and mocked up to illustrate its portability in the battlefield. A powered wind tunnel model has been constructed to verify flight envelope analyses.

Flying Saucers could soon start attacking Earthlings

We’re no way talking of an alien invasion, but British drone company Aesir probably thought that the mystery and fair associated with flying saucers could be put to good use. The company is creating UFO-like drones that vary from 30-centimeters to 1 meter in diameter. These unmanned aerial vehicles use the Coanda Effect to stay airborne. Their first prototype “Embler” has already taken the job of flying around, troubling humans. We have no idea if this product will be practical, but UFO sightings are about to increase dramatically. One UFO sighting, er.. video of the Embler in action, after the jump.

Police State Australia: Unmanned vehicles to Police Aussie skies | Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) News | Unmanned.co.uk

Unmanned vehicles to Police Aussie skies | Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) News | Unmanned.co.uk

Bet you never heard of this one...

Australian police state well under way.

Unmanned vehicles to Police Aussie skies

Canberre, Australia – ACT Policing is considering the use of unmanned drone aircraft in the skies above Canberra.
Aeryon Scout
Police in the UK used a similar unmanned vehicle in Liverpool in 2007
Chief Police Officer Roman Quaedvlieg said this morning that the drones could be used in pursuit situations to make the traditional police car chase redundant.

The Chief Police Officer said that the force was already looking at unmanned aircraft systems that were in use with overseas police forces and it was “absolutely” possible that police drones could be in the skies above the ACT within five years.

The police chief made his comments while defending the force’s car pursuit policy which had come under attack in recent days from the ACT Greens.

“What we’re examining is the possibility of using unmanned aerial vehicles so we don’t have to have vehicles in behind pursuing the vehicle,” he told ABC radio.
“It’s a reality in policing jurisdictions overseas.

“We’ve spoken to those jurisdictions, they’ve used them successfully and if we can find a capability that is sustainable we believe that we can deploy unmanned aerial vehicles for police pursuits.”
“We’re exploring other technologies such as engine immobilisers.

“There’s a whole range of technologies that will complement our systems and our practices and our guidelines.” StumbleUpon
