Jacques Vallée, one of the first to research the covert manipulation of the UFO scenario by official agencies, concluded: “someone is going to an awful lot of trouble to convince the world that we are threatened by beings from outer space.”⁸ But how does this fit in with his Magonian hypothesis? Vallée presented his most explicit statement of the big picture in the storyline of his 1996 novel Fastwalker (written with Tracy Tormé): a powerful group of human conspirators know that the UFO phenomenon is created by entities from a parallel world, but they aim to convince world leaders and the global population of the existence of ‘aliens’ – and then position themselves as the world’s go-betweens.

Which is basically our own view of the case of the Council of Nine: they have the stamp of the Ultraterrestrial all over them – clowns, conmen and cosmic jokers – but there is also the pernicious presence of very human agencies lurking in the background. The joke is on all those who follow the Ultraterrestrials, however they choose to manifest themselves or however their human allies choose to present them to us. But, as history has shown, it may be no laughing matter.

I was disappointed Colonel Alexander did not provide me an opportunity to discuss Martin Cannon with him. I would very much like to hear his current thoughts on Cannon-related events.

Cannon published The Controllers: A New Hypothesis of Alien Abduction, circa 1990, in which he explored the possibility some reported abductions might actually be the results of Manchurian Candidate type covert research projects such as MKULTRA. While it is readily apparent the colonel would publicly assign no more value to such a publication than to use it as kindling to light the coals of the grill on which to hoist Martin, I am more interested in how Alexander might comment on his relationship with Cannon than what he would obviously say about the man's work.

For example... Alexander's wife, Victoria, reportedly telephoned Cannon in 1993. She allegedly informed Cannon that Alexander and Hal Puthoff were very angry at Cannon, for whatever reasons, and that Gordon Novel had been called on to handle the situation, whatever the situation and details of its handling specifically may have been considered to be.

Writer/researcher George P. Hansen explained he personally heard the recording left by Alexander's wife on Cannon's answering machine. Hansen wrote:

Alexander has spent some time with Novel and has flaunted the affiliation, perhaps in an attempt to intimidate others. Martin Cannon, an investigator who has written on government mind-control projects, received a call from Alexander’s wife on May 30, 1993. She left a message on his answering machine saying: “Martin, as an ex-friend I have to warn you. John and Hal [Puthoff] are really pissed off at you. And they’ve given the matter over to Gordon [Novel] to handle. Watch out.” ...Cannon was well aware of Alexander’s interest in UFO abductions and of Novel’s background. He was quite alarmed, and the day he received the message, he called and played me the tape. I suggested that he alert a number of people in the media, and he also notified the FBI.

I would find it interesting to ask the colonel about the matter. Was he actually pissed? If so, why?

Did he, in fact, give the matter over to Novel? If so, exactly what did that mean and entail?

Former self-described alien abductee Leah Haley has revised her perspectives about her experiences of high strangeness to conclude that no alien abductions ever took place in her life. She now completely attributes her remarkable perceptions to having been an involuntary research subject. Commenting on literal alien abduction from her home in Pensacola, Florida, Haley stated, “It doesn't happen.”

Haley attracted widespread attention within the UFO community in 1993 with the publication of her book, Lost Was the Key, in which she described her extraordinary experiences consisting of fragmented memories of UFOs and apparent non-human beings. She became a well known speaker and was commonly sought for interviews. Ten years later she published Unlocking Alien Closets: Abductions, Mind Control and Spirituality, further documenting her descent into an increasingly complex web of deceit, disinformation and character assassination within ufology. Sales of her books climbed well into the thousands although word of mouth was virtually the only means of marketing.

Haley initially thought aliens were responsible for her experiences but that changed following years of investigation. She long acknowledged military personnel were involved in her experiences to some extent, but she fully re-evaluated circumstances after viewing select Freedom of Information Act and U.S. Patent Office documents. Haley further based her revised conclusions on hundreds of interactions with abductees and researchers, as well as having mysterious individuals enter and later abruptly vanish from her life. She is now thoroughly convinced mind control experiments are responsible for what became known as the alien abduction phenomenon.

“I really can explain every alien abduction away using human technology,” Haley said.

Commenting on what she termed “legitimate” reports of abduction, she continued, “I don't know for sure, but every case that I know very, very well – every single one of them – if I probe deeply enough, I'm going to find that there were humans here and there too. That tells me that it was a human-instigated situation. I can't think of a single case, not a single one, that I've really delved into that didn't have humans in it too, so I just don't think alien abductions are happening. I don't know, but I just don't think they are.”

Implant technology was developed after World War II. Both superpowers, the U.S. and the Soviet Union researched intra-cerebral mind-control, electronic stimulation of the brain (ESB), biological radio communication technology called telemetry. An electromagnetic wave can broadcast to a receiver/transmitter located under the skull or in the brain. This signal then records the brain activity and relays it to a computer for analysis, by which all aspects of the subjects life can be monitored. Mrs. Janine Jones from New Zealand is a very early implanted mind control victim. Mrs Jones parents were Norma and Reginald Paul Philips, the latter a prominent politician and Chief Justice of Western Samoa. She was adopted after an implant surgery in 1949. Her natural and adopted parents had backgrounds in the military. Upon her birth at LoverHutt Hospital, she was taken straight into an operating room where she was put on a life-support system, and illegal psychosurgery was performed via stereotaxic methods of drilling into her skull. The incisions left scars that remain to date.
Mrs. Jones is in the possession of x-rays which show implants in the cavities near the cochlea’s of both ears and one in the brain above the nose. Mrs. Jones has very good evidence to back her case, since Dr. Richard Thompson from England has analysed her x-rays and given a statement as follows:

‘Lateral projection shows a foreign object implanted in the frontal lobe directly adjacent to the nasal passages. This object is most probably a radio transmitter... interference in blood circulation is spreading over large areas of the brain. Concentrated in the frontal lobes and in particular around the foreign object. It is highly likely that this blood-flow impairment is the result of the radio-frequency emanating from the transmitter. This, in turn, causes a depletion in oxygen levels and reduced nutrient supply to these areas of the brain, where changes in neurological activity are inevitable.’

Mrs. Jones wrote to me recently:

‘Currently it is fair to assume that the two sets of electrodes inserted into my skull are firmly enmeshed with bone, muscle, nerves, blood and chemicals inside my brain. I am, in effect, a live radio circuit. The surface around my ears to the base of my skull emits gas which discharges in audible ‘plops’ onto nearby objects like wood, plastic, metal and worst of all my bedtime pillow at night. When I am directly in the path of oncoming microwaves, my head discharges like a volley, pouring into the surrounding environment.’

Most of you who are interested in the UFO subject will have read about the many cases of Cattle Mutilations that have occurred in many parts of the world over the past 50 years. Most of the cases that I have studied have cantered around the mid-west of the United States, but this bizarre aspect of the UFO phenomena is by no means relegated to the US alone, I've read cases from through the world and other animals who have been targeted are horses; goats; sheep; foxes just to name a few (there has even been cases of mice!).

In this article I will not be discussing any animal mutilation case, what I do wish to share with you is a very disturbing case that has all the hallmarks of being a "Human Mutilation", in that the victim had all the same injuries we've come to associate with the cattle mutilation deaths.

Let me set the scene. Back in 1994 I was approached by a physician living here in New Zealand who wished to meet with me to get my opinion on something that had been disturbing him for some time now. He refused to tell me what the matter was about and kept insisting he needed to show me something. I have had my share of cranks over the years and I would have relegated this individual into that category if it weren't for something in his voice and manner that conveyed the honest conviction of his request. I asked him to meet me at my home but he preferred not to, and instead chose a little cafe in the centre of town as our meeting place.

He did give me his name, and at that particular time he had retired from the medical profession.

I arrived at the cafe at 12.30 and since he had told me to go to the back, that is where I headed for. Being lunchtime the cafe was nearly full, and as I walked past the tables to the rear I saw a man who was sitting alone, facing my direction, get up and move towards me. He obviously knew who I was as there was no hesitation in his eye contact with me, nor his stride towards me. He introduced himself and gestured for me to join him at his table. There were only two seats at the table - one facing the wall and the other one facing opposite which meant I would have had my back to the wall. I began to take the seat nearest to me which meant that I would have been facing the wall - he quickly gestured that he didn't want me sitting there and asked me to change seats. At that moment I didn't understand why on earth he wanted that, but the look on his face told me he had a reason for asking this of me. Later of course I realised that by sitting with my back to the wall, with no one behind me, gave me the opportunity to view what he had brought to show me without the risk of others being able to see what I was looking at.

After we were both seated, he thanked me for meeting with him.

He then proceeded to tell me how he had recently come back from a trip to the United States where during that time he had stayed with another physician friend of his who worked for the US Military. They had been friends and colleagues for a number of years. He proceeded to tell me that during the visit his friend had seemed extremely agitated and wasn't his normal self at all... something weighted heavily on this mans mind. Three days into this stay they were having dinner and his friend had been drinking heavily which was something strange in itself, as he had not seen his friend ever take more than a glass or two of wine in the entire time they had known each other.

As the evening progressed, his friend had started discussing how he had recently seen something very disturbing to him and needed to share this with him. He said he had been working late one night at the base where he was stationed when he was told there had been an accident and they were bringing in a body to which he was to do a preliminary examination of.

He then proceeded to detail the nights events and how the body was brought in with horrific injuries the likes he had never seen before in all the years of his medical career. He said the body had been mutilitated... an eye was missing, an ear. Photos had been taken of the victim as he had been found and these photos accompanied the body. Two of these photos the physician had managed to secure for himself.

It was these two photos that he brought out to show his friend, and it was same photos that were now in the possession of the Physician who sat opposite me in the cafe during that busy bustling lunchtime.

He told me that his friend had asked him to "hold onto" the photos in case anything happened to him, as he just didn't feel safe anymore and besides he hated having them around.*

I had listened to what was being told me with very little interruption until he had mentioned that the photos were now in his possession. I asked him whether he had them on him and he nodded in the affirmative.

Now I have seen alleged human mutilation photos before - once by a colleague who had shown me two photos of a naked mans body with the classic signs that accompany the cattle mutilations that I am very familiar with. I have also seen a photo in one of the UFO magazines.

I now realised why I had been asked to sit with my back to the wall. This way I could view them without anyone else seeing what I was looking at.

Before he handed me the photos, he asked me if I had studied many cases of cattle mutilation, and if I could possibly tell the difference from an ordinary wound and one that had the traits of being a mutilation. I explained to him that nothing was a certainty in this field, but I had seen 100's of cases and read all the reports, including the autopsy notes so was very familiar with the wounds sustained in a alleged "mute" case.

He seemed satisfied with the answer and so brought out the photos from his breast pocket and handed them to me in a white envelope.

Now - since I was unable to keep the photos or make detailed notes of them at the time of viewing, the following account of what was in the photos is from the mental note I made of them trying to remember as much detail as I possibly could.

There were two photos. The first was the full frontal of a white male and the second photo was the same male that had been turned on his stomach, so this was the other side of the victim.

The photos had been taken at in a field of lush green pasture. It was difficult to determine how old he was as the face had been so disfigured, that age could not be determined that way.. however the physical appearance of the body was in quite good shape, so I estimate that he was between the age of 20-35.

His facial injuries were almost exactly what I had seen time and time again in the cattle mutilation cases. His left eye had been surgically removed, including the eyelid, his lips had been removed in a very clean and precise cut, so had his left ear, and the left hand side of his jaw had been removed, taking part of the jaw bone and teeth with it. The incision along the jaw line had extended past the removed segment of jaw bone to include a further strip of tissue that stopped about 2 1/2 inches from the base of the chin. I could see no blood at all. No blood around the wounds, no blood on the ground, no blood anywhere.

Next I looked at the torso and saw two very clean cookie cutter pieces that had been removed from the chest area - these would have measured approx 2 inches in diameter. Again no blood could be seen around the wound area. I have often wondered about the lack of blood in the animal cases that I have seen pictures of... I wondered if there was blood but that it was just harder to see due to the sometimes matted, dirty hide/hair of the animal. In this case however, with the victim being human, if there had been spillage of blood, there certainly was no trace of it from what I could see... it had either been cleaned away or wasn't there in the first place.

I moved down the photo to the genital area. The sexual organs had been completely removed. Again no blood was visible.

There appeared to be no injuries to the legs that I could see, so I went onto the second photograph.

The only injury on the second photo was that the entire rectum had been completed cored out which left a very large cavity. This was a very familiar sight - as most cattle mutilations have exactly the same thing. If you haven't seen this before - then it's much like taking and apple and using a corer to remove the inside core/pips. You are left with an extremely clean, incision and the core has been "plugged" right out.

I remember sitting there and saying in a very low murmur... "god I hope this poor bastard was dead before they did this"...

Of course that is the bottom line here... just who are "they"...

After I had looked at the pictures for quite some time I looked up at the physician opposite me and I could see from the look on his face, that he had become rather resigned... I suppose he was hoping I would tell him that these photos bore no resemblance whatsoever to the cattle mutilations.... Unfortunately I couldn't do that, as what I was looking at resembled 100% of what I'd seen with the animal mute cases.

We sat there and discussed things for quite some time. He didn't seem all that interested in telling much more about his friend to whom the photos actually belonged to. It seemed to me that something in him had crossed over to the darker side of human existence... the side that knows something they wish to hell they didn't. I felt sad for him... I know that feeling well. We said out goodbyes and I haven't seen or heard from him since.

It's a strange world indeed....

My book is related to the following list of little-known, officially suppressed or publically unknown facts:

1. An American citizen (naturalized), Nikola Tesla (an atheist and a capitalist), invented the flying saucer, before 1900, and reduced it to practice by 1915.

2. The American government helped the Nazis steal the invention from Tesla (who hated the Nazis),and by 1937, the Nazis were secretly developing it at Los Alamos, New Mexico (then called the "p2" project), under the direction of the Baron Wernher von Braun, who also collaborated in rocket research with Dr. Robert Goddard at Roswell, funded by the American Rocket Society (The Smithsonian Institution and the Guggenheim Foundation).

3. The American government later helped Wernher von Braun, the Nazis, and the Trilateral Commission and Illuminati (who still retain control) remove the "KT-p2" Projekt ("KT" is for "Kreisel-Teller" [German, for "Gyrating Plate"], and "p2" is the electronic designation for an "oscillating electromagnetic dipole") to Germany, after 1937.

4. The Nazis, who attempted to develop and use the flying saucer during the war (called "Foo-Fighters" by us, "Fireballs" and "Flying Turtles" by them), were unsuccessful in developing appropriate weapons for it until too late, and finally traded it back to us during the stalemate of 1945, in exchange for amnesty for numerous persons (including many war criminals), and for other concessions and guarantees (many of which are too numerous or incredible to mention here).

5. The U.S. government (N.S.A., O.S.I.), on behalf of the Trilateral Commission, continues with and enforces a Nazi-originated "Big Lie" program, in which it perpetuates the hoax that flying saucers ("U.FO.s") are: (a) Extraterrestrial in origin; (b) psychological phenomena ("collective consciousness archetypal images", ala C. G. Jung); (c) swamp gas; (d) "free-floating plasmas"; (e) piezo-electric effects; (f) ball-lightning; (g) other natural phenomena; (h) unknown life forms; (i) hallucinations; (j) non-existent; (k)hoaxes by attention-seekers; (l)the products of hysteria, insanity, etc., etc.

6. The German navy surrounded the U.S. with 24 U-boats, armed with (V-6?) I.C.B.M.s, having celestial guidance systems, and armed with neutron bomb warheads, trained on key American cities and centers, in a 1945 stalemate; German Admiral Karl Dönitz negotiated a secret truce and amnesty agreement with American authorities, under which he was required to order all 24 U-boats "...scuttled, with all hands on board...", under the agreement, pursuant to which Nazi skippers opened the hatches and the subs and all men on board went to the bottom. Under Operation Paperclip, all Nazi scientific research materials, most of their important scientists, and the "KT-p2 Projekt" technology, were transferred to the U.S. and to the Trilateral Commission corporations, thus attempting to insure that the Illuminati would retain control of the materials. Certain unusual security procedures were initiated to insure this, including the "sacrificing" of some major German scientists to the Soviets, to plant misinformation, and to insure that the hoax was successful.

7. During the war, German scientists bypassed development of the "atom bomb", and built and tested the neutron bomb. German field Marshall Erwin Rommel and the Afrika Korps were originally sent to North Africa to test the neutron bomb, as well as Tesla's "death ray" (which freezes whole armies); this technology was acquired by American corporations, held chiefly by David Rockefeller, and was later sold in part back to the U.S. government and tested in the '60s, and the same technology was again sold to the U.S. government again in the '70s and '80s, as "Star Wars"

8. Over 15,000 German military, technical, intelligence, and support personnel were brought to America (mostly New Mexico-Manzano Base, Sandia Base, White Sands Missile Range, Alamogordo, Holloman A.F.B., Los Alamos, etc.) with the "KT-p2" project, in Sept., 1945, at which time, under Operation Paper Clip, Wernher von Braun became Director of Research, U.S. Army Ordnance, Ft. Bliss, Texas; he and his 116 top rocket scientists commenced rocket (and flying saucer) R.& D. at nearby White Sands Missile Range, and Alamogordo.

9. Howard Hughes "Glomar Explorer" was built to retrieve the 24 scuttled German U-Boats, before terrorists or unfriendly governments found and retrieved the subs, missiles, bombs, and related technology, and because the WW II German U-boats were powered by a type of magnetic-electric generator (invented by an American named Dort of Virginia) which was superior to nuclear power. Further details about the German 'ship', the Graf Zeppelin are included in this book.

Adolf and Eva (Braun) Hitler were daringly rescued from the Berlin Bunker by flying saucer, piloted by test pilot Hanna Reitsch and long distance flight expert Hans Ulrch Rudel. The couple were later protected by the secret amnesty agreement, live their remaining lives under protection of the N.A.T.O. alliance, in Kassel, Germany, ironically the home of an international monument to the Holocaust. The "Hitlers" even visited America on the invitation of L.B.J. to visit "Hemisfair", the World's fair at San Antonio, Texas, in 1967.

10. Part of the original deceit was under way at Wright-Patterson A.F.B., Ohio, even before the German surrender; Edgar Cayce was already employed as a technical writer, to revise, adapt, and resume the propaganda work pioneered by Hans Hörbiger, Hitler's personal guru and astrologer, the official "father of parapsycholgy", and designer of the Nazi "Big Lie" system, in which the public's credibility 'window' is wallowed into a giant hole, allowing the indiscriminate acceptance of faceless authority and whatever the government says; the U.S. government even hired an Ohio naval law professor (and genius) to revise and popularize "Astara" ("Ostara" to Hitler), the Nazi religion based on the Bonpas (Tibetan black magic) religion, imported from Tibet to Germany by general Karl Haushofer, an ordained Bonpas priest, as the basis for the S.S., financed and setup on instructions of the British-American CFR, in 1919; the S.S. Bonpas worshipped "Kali Ma" ("Bloody Mother"). This cult founded the ancient Thugee cult of India, and was the basis for the Society of Assassins; the concepts of this weird religion related to the mass extermination of people, through many means, including assassinations, exterminations, and war; and the basis for all 20th century totalitarian movements.

11. Most forms of mass communication are primarily controlled or produced by the Illuminati, through the secret agencies of our government, to brain wash the public, in the most monumental hoax in history, to socio-economically control the world, and to perpetuate lies designed to obscure the flying saucer's man-made origin and use (as well as to steal and conceal or monolithically control all other advanced technology); the government hires consultants, contract script writers, and teams of Ph.D.s, to create and disseminate "Big Lie" Propaganda, in countless pulp magazines and newspapers, and finances and produces books and movies of the "Close Encounters of the Third Kind" ilk, to perpetuate the "extraterrestrial" myth; the government controls and manipulates the press, hires lecturers, and organizes and funds UFO groups; the government stages "abductions", using actors, drugs, and sets; "Operation Blue Book" was set up at Wright-Patterson A.F.B. to retrieve leaked information and plug leaks, disseminate misinformation, falsely represent "expert, objective, scientific opinion", and to ferret out 'problem people'; mystical organizations (such as A.R.E.- "Association for Research and Enlightenment"- part of the Edgar Cayce Foundation, of Virginia Beach, Virginia [conveniently close to the C.I.A. headquarters])- are created for the same purposes, and set the stage for the type of mass psychological control of the public required for totalitarian control by mystical cults, such as "Communism", "Naziism", "Synergy", or "psychic" cults.

12. Flying saucers operate on basic, simple, sound (but very carefully obscured) scientific electrical and physical principles, known for over 100 years; Sir George Clerk Maxwell's famous equations were 'edited' to remove certain information from 'unclassified' access, and all public sources were thoroughly scoured by the F.B.I. in 1942; the flying saucer uses the electromagnetic interaction (which is on a magnitude of "10/40 (10 to the 40th power) x 2" times greater than the gravitational interaction), to move huge saucers at fantastic speeds in defiance to gravity and inertia, with almost no net energy consumption; flying saucers can be powered by unlimited electrical energy extracted from ordinary atmospheric air, based on Tesla's ca. 1900 discoveries; (NOTE: this book tells how to build your own flying saucer.)

13."E.S.P." and "psychic phenomena" movements (based on Hans Hörbiger's original Nazi "parapsychology") are orchestrated and promoted by the N.S.A., as part of the continuation of the original Nazi "Big Lie" program, to dupe and brain wash the public, and to induce unquestioned faith rather than reason; this clandestine manipulation by the government is an unconstitutional abridgement of the U.S. Constitutional First Amendment prohibition against the government's recognition or promotion of an "establishment of religion" (i.e., generally, a mystical belief system based on faith rather than reason).

14. As an underlying cause of the "Holocaust", a proposal was made by the U.S. Government to the Treaty of Versaille Committee, in 1919. In a document known as "Morgenthau's Pastoral Policy", signed by President Woodrow Wilson (drafted by his Illuminati advisor, Hans Morgenthau, Sr.) and presented at Versailles. Under it, the U.S. attempted to make, as one of the provisions of the German surrender, the extermination of all Germans, as an "inherently warlike race", and the "reduction of Germany to a pastureland". The document, examined by me in 1968, was among the papers of former president Lyndon Baines Johnson, now kept in the Sid W. Richardson Research Center, at U.T., Austin.

15. The "cattle mutilations" phenomenon is an ongoing program of the C.I.A.'s Special Operations Division. 'Biological samples' are removed by specially trained flying saucer crews, from thousands of cattle grazing in remote areas, for analysis, to measure radiation-caused auto-immune-deficiency and reproductive sterilization effects, after the cattle have been subjected to irradiation by "Death Ray" devices under development since the 60s. Since 1979, the saucers have bombarded members of the public, under the MK-NAOMI program of the C.I.A., for purposes of "population control" (i.e., extermination). Government scientists use special surgical devices, standard blood coagulents, and cryogenic technology, enhanced by microwave equipment, to remove the cattle blood (and ears, lips, tongues, mammary glands, genitalia, anuses, etc.); afterward, the carcasses are returned and air-dropped from flying saucers, back into their original pastures; the mysterious circumstances are misconstrued by government-spread rumors of "extra-terrestrials", attributed to "satanist cults" or other cults created by the government, or "coyotes and other natural predators", etc. (Of course, MAN is a "natural predator".)

Animal Mutilations: The Unknown Predators By Tony Dodd One of the strangest and most sinister occurrences which seem to be associated with UFO phenomenon are the so called Animal Mutilations, which have been occurring for many years in most countries of the World. From the evidence available, America has seen far more of these bizarre cases than any other country, with many thousands of wild and domestic animals being killed and mutilated in very strange ways. This in no way detracts from the fact that here in the United Kingdom we have our fair share of animal mutilations, as do many other countries. In America the situation got so serious a few years ago that farmers were losing tens of thousands of dollars because large numbers of prime cattle and other farm animals were being killed. As a result a summit meeting of Police, Farmers and Local Authority Representatives took place in an effort to get Federal action to find the perpetrators and put a stop to the seemly senseless carnage. Also at the meeting were representatives from the FBI and the CIA.  Who stated that a full investigation would take place into the phenomenon. Although several years passed and the mutilations continued, no report was ever made public from either the FBI or the CIA. And the mutilations continued. It is inconceivable that neither of these intelligence organizations came up with any substantial information relating to the problem and it is much more likely that they were already aware of the perpetrators of these sadistic killings but hid the information under the heading of National Security. The question has to be asked, how is it possible that these killings which have been taking place on global scale have never been witnessed, even though some have been known to happen in broad daylight. How can huge thousand pound bulls be killed and mutilated without any signs of a struggle and no ground marks are ever found. How can massive internal organs be removed through small holes and how can these animals be drained of blood, yet there is never any spillage on the ground. The tell tale signs of these mutilations is usually the same. The rectum is cored out with amazing accuracy as if by some form of laser instrument. Flesh is stripped from the head leaving the clean skull exposed. Sometimes the eyes are missing and also the ears and very often the tongue is also missing. Sometimes parts of the hide have been removed with very precise cuts leaving serrated edges at the sight of the wound. These cuts appear to have been inflicted by some form of heat instrument, which seals the cuts. The sexual organs have also regularly been taken and the udder and teats from milk cows. These types of mutilations are not confined to cattle and have been witnessed in Horses, Deer, Sheep, Elk, foxes, Badgers, rabbits and many other wild animals even dolphins at sea, yet we are no nearer catching the culprits. Various speculative ideas have been put forward as to who is responsible, including various black magic cults and even the governments themselves. The cult argument has long since been eliminated, but there are those who are convinced that some secret government organization is involved. Many have come to this conclusion because occasionally black unmarked helicopters have been seen in the air in the vicinity of mutilations. I personally believe with good reason that the governments are tracking incoming UFOs. And are able to identify different types. When a certain UFO signature is tracked and known to be hostile, the black helicopters are scrambled to try to intercept the craft, in many cases they arrive too late after the mutilation has taken place. The only common factors with the mutilations are the fact that many farmers have reported seeing balls of light in the sky over the fields where animals have later been found dead and the strange mutilations themselves. Often the animals are heard screaming as if being terrorized by something. Even farm dogs who are not near the scene act terrified. We have to ask what is it that causes such fear in the animals. Is it possible that their much keener sense of hearing is picking up sounds beyond our range and if so what are these sounds that cause such fear. If we speculate that the governments are involved in the mutilations, we have to ask why they don’t just take the animals away and incinerate them or dump them in the sea. Why leave them in the fields where the end product of their activities is left to be found. On the other hand if we have a predator from UFOs. Responsible, it proves beyond doubt that they are totally indifferent towards us and have no interest in the fact that the mutilations cause fear and panic. In other words if they are a predator of alien origin, they are probably a ruthless creature that is totally beyond our comprehension and understanding.

16. The Antarctic "Ozone Hole", which U.S. government scientists pretend to be at a loss to explain-yet blaming it on 'aerosol sprays'-is probably the by-product of three nuclear missiles, armed with hydrogen bomb warheads, which were launched from the Antarctic by the U.S. military, on Aug.27, Aug.30, and Sept. 9, 1957. The warheads were detonated at a 300-mile altitude, to create a reflective spherical layer of ionic particles surrounding the earth, to bounce radar impulses between the layer and the earth. The Strategic Air Command's global "backscatter" radar system, operated from the North American Air Defense (NORAD) command center deep beneath the earth at Cheyenne Mountain, Colorado, thus became operational in 1957, in time to verify that the Russians fired the rocket which launched Sputnik.

17. The N.S.A. protracts a false "national security" veil, to continue concealment of flying saucer technology, creating false fears of 'rampant anarchy', 'chaos', and other exaggerations and ruses, before N.S.A., committees, to justify continued secrecy, and to continue to deny public access to, or to declassify the technology. (If society isn't ready for it, how can THEY be?)

18. The true scientific principles of gravity have been misrepresented, confused, and concealed by "Big Brother", even in school books read by our children, just to conceal flying saucer technology, to protect the energy cartels and the mixed-economy socialist political power structure from losing its illegitimate parasitic grip on us.

19. In 1897, Nikola Tesla, a patriotic naturalized U.S. citizen, of Serbo-Croatian birth, discovered and published a new theory of energy and gravity, called the "Dynamic Theory of Gravity", which represented a unified field theory. Tesla's energy equation, "C=E/R", and Tesla's application to the Swiss Patent Office for his flying saucer patent, was made while Albert Einstein was a second class patent clerk there. Einstein's work was an Illuminati conspiracy to obliterate Tesla's discoveries, so the Illuminati could control flying saucers.

20. The government's policy of looting and suppressing ideas from independent scientists, inventors, and thinkers, on behalf of the Trilateral Commission, is related to this process, involving (1) stealing ideas from creative individuals; (2) destroying those individuals' credibility, to conceal the sources and technology; (3) ruining the lives of those individuals (even murdering them if necessary), and denying compensation or credit; (4) exercising the option to suppress the ideas under "national security laws", or giving the discoveries to their corporate crook partners for exploitation; and (5) abusing and misusing the judicial system to carry out and enforce this illegitimate, criminal process.

21. I am either correct in what I say, or am entitled to a Nobel Prize for new discoveries in gravitational theory and nuclear physics. The former is most certainly true. Since Russia in fact acquired the services of the top Nazi flying saucer scientist, and the top rocket scientist, from the Peenemünde operation, in 1945, here is a strong possibility that the Russians were privy to these secrets.

CONCLUSION

Some of you who have taken the time to read this letter, have the means to verify what I say. Others, who are among the guilty, will naturally be threatened. Others know me, and may have even offered me a high government position, which I refused. Some may shrug me off as a "harmless nut", while others may seek to harm me even more. Those who know the truth, and failed or refused to use their power to restrain the abusive government, criminals, courts, and lawyers, are responsible for causing me to say these things, and have inadvertently liberated this truth, which is my means of self defense, an inalienable natural right.

Bureaucrats naturally underestimate the power of the individual, since they are collectivists who lack a concept of individuality, operating under the delusion of "the invincibility of the state". I may not have become angry enough to publish this expose', if they had not continued to harass me. However, what I say I HAD to say, and would have said it much sooner had it not taken me so long to gain the opportunity between harassments. Even though I am aware of the danger to me and my family, and since there have already been several murder attempts, any one of which could have succeeded, I say this while there is still an opportunity to do so, and remove their motive from the equation. Besides, it is really they who are afraid of the truth.

This letter is not intended to advance or affect any pending litigation. Those of the judiciary have already proclaimed their prejudice against me, all my pleadings having fallen upon deaf ears. This letter should not affect rights which have already been predisposed in the anti-individual bigoted courts, according to them.

This letter represents my civil disobedience, freedom of speech and expression of political opinion, declaring the right to the disposition of the products of my own creativity, and to protest the hypocrisies of our government and courts, as a citizen, a human being, an American, and a Citizen of the World.

Nothing in this book was procured in violation of any law, including "national security laws"; our government officially denies a national security interest in flying saucers, denies their existence, and we are entitled to take our government at its word, albeit unreliable and false.

Those who deny the existence of flying saucers, or who falsely assume that they are extraterrestrial, are either the victims of government/corporate-state fraud, are irrational, brainwashed dupes, or are government liars. Those who make the most rational assumption-that "flying saucers are man-made flying machines" - will eventually be vindicated by history, since the truth will be known sooner or later, and it is already very, very late.

I would have invented the flying saucer if it had not already been invented, since the concept occurred to me when I was a boy studying electricity. At age 15, I prepared for a career in aerodynamics, until I witnessed a flying saucer in broad daylight, in the company of seven other intelligent witnesses. Believing that aerodynamics would be an obsolete field by the time I finished college, I cancelled my plans. I would never have expected the secrets still to be hidden over forty years later, with aerodynamics still be a viable field, due to the continued suppression. I had been building powered model flying saucers for four years before my first close-up daylight sighting in 1953. I knew that flying saucers were real, man-made flying contraptions, powered by electricity.

While saucers are visually fantastic, with their brilliant electrical corona discharges, emission of "metallic colors", and movement in rapid bursts, changing directions instantaneously, there was nothing which could not be explained by electronic and physical theory. I could see concentric striations on a somewhat crudely spun metal hull (probably a tungsten alloy), which was a crude, early form of "stealth" radar evasion technology, which "extraterrestrials" would have had no use for.

The spreading of confusion and lies shows something important to hide, involving high priorities, and highly trained and well-paid people. The patterns of this deceit reveals the substance of hidden knowledge, extracted by a time-consuming process. It is best not to believe anything until you have a reason to believe it.

This chapter caps off over 17 years of overt judicial harassment which ensued the moment George Bush took power at the CIA. Bush is a pal with fellow Trilateralist-Republican, Robert O. Anderson, the man who controls the North Slope of Alaska and the HAARP project. Anderson would now probably disavow any connection to ARCO, which he created. He now claims bankruptcy. Chapter I can be thought of as a kind of "Revolutionary Manifesto of Laissez Faire Capitalist Creatology"- (i.e., a manifesto of a radical, new artistic and scientific religion, based on the "Science of the Creative Process"). It is a non-mystical, rational religion.

In 1979, I acquired a "Peiltochterkompass" (German, for "polar-daughter - [i.e., "slave"] compass"), a crude, 1943, WW II-vintage, German navigational device (the earliest type of celestial guidance system), which was interconnected to a "master compass" (a gyrocompass oriented to the North Pole). It triggered bi-polar pairs of electrodes in the hull of the "KT-p2".

"Peiltochterkompass" [German, for "polar-daughter (i.e., 'slave' compass)], a crude, 1943, WW II-vintage, German navigational device (the earliest type of celestial guidance system), which was interconnected to a "master compass" (a gyrocompass oriented to the North Pole). It triggered bi-polar pairs of electrodes in the hull of the "KT-p2" ["KT" is for "Kreisel-Teller" [German, for "Gyrating Plate"], and "p2" is the electronic designation for an "oscillating electromagnetic dipole") to Germany, after 1937. They have been discovered at Sandia Labs, manufactured by AEG and Siemens. But amazingly, the Hakenkreuz on the instrument is not - it is a Thule Sonnenrad symbol that would not be found on a Luftwaffe aircraft nor on the V-2 rockets captured by General George S. Patton. What use would the Luftwaffe have for celestial guidance unless they were operating an electromagnetic field which made a magnetic compass useless? This was an SS instrument for Thule/Vril disc technology.

The flying saucer and its scientific principle, is the world's greatest invention, which mankind has been denied the benefits of for over fifty years, by the coercive monopolists, through government harassment, murder, secrecy, misinformation, hoax and other deceits.

It is now time to end this hoax upon the American people by their own government, and to end corporate-socialism and tax-slavery, and to return power to the individual. It is time for creative mankind to remove this yoke from its neck, and to move forward with a truly new world order of creative, laissez-faire capitalist civilization, with a free flow of beneficially creative ideas, associations, and products among mankind, in a peaceful world, peopled by creative, free, autonomous and self-sufficient individuals, whose bounty can provide for all. We have nothing to lose except stupidity.

NOW LET IT BE KNOWN that those who are responsible for what I am now saying, are supported by pillars of lies, and have set a philosophical wrecking ball into motion, which will eventually smash down their own foundations.

On Third Reich Flying Saucers, German Physics, and the Perpetuum Mobile

 

German Secret Weapons of World War 2 by Rudolf Lusar: Flying saucers have been whirling round the world since 1947, suddenly turning up here and there, soaring in and darting off again at unprecendented speed with flames encircling the rim of the saucer's disc. They have been located by radar, pursued by fighters and yet nobody so far succeeded in establishing the existence of such a "flying saucer" or managed to ram or shoot one down. Experts and collaborators in this work confirm that the first projects, called "flying discs", were undertaken in 1941. The designs for these "flying discs" were drawn up by the German experts Schriever, Habermohl, and Miethe, and the Italian Bellonzo. Habermohl and Schriever chose a wide-surface ring which rotated round a fixed, cupola-shaped cockpit . . . Within three minutes they climbed to an altitute of 12,400 m. and reache a speed of 2,000 km/hr in horizontal flight(!). It was intended ultimately to achieve speeds of 4,000 km./hr. . . . existing models were destroyed but the plant in Breslau where Miethe worked fell into the hands of the Russians who took all the material and experts to Siberia, where work on these "flying saucers" is being successfully continued. . .Schriever escaped from Prague in time; Habermohl, however, is probably in the Soviet Union, as nothing is know of this fate. The former designer Miethe is in the United States and, as far as is known, is building "flying saucers" for the United States and Canada at the A. V. Roe works. . .Years ago, the US Air Force received orders not to fire at "flying saucers". . . diameters of 16, 42, 45, and 75 m. and speeds of 7,000 km/hr. In 1952, "flying saucers" were definitely established over Korea and Press reports said they were seen also during the NATO manoeuvres in Alsace in the Autumn of 1954. Major Gordon Cooper, one of the original Mercury astronauts and the last American to fly in space alone in 1951 had sighted UFOs while piloting an F-86 Sabre jet over Western Germany. They were metallic, saucer-shaped discs at considerable altitude and could out-maneuver all American fighter planes. He knows many pilots who witnessed UFOs. He heard Air Force personnel tell him they have filmed the landing of a UFO. [NASA report SP-12, page 53, October 3, 1962] Major Cooper testified of this before the United Nations: I believe that these extra-terrestrial vehicles and their crews are visiting this planet from other planets... Most astronauts were reluctant to discuss UFOs. I did have occasion in 1951 to have two days of observation of many flights of them, of different sizes, flying in fighter formation, generally from east to west over Europe.

It may be true that Lusar was a German officer during the war, but he was not in the Luftwaffe, and his information on flying discs was limited on a "need to know basis", so he really didn't have any information beyond the general appearances of the ships. Lusar's knowledge and speculations were based on conventional jet-propulsion technology already generally known to the public by the time he wrote his books, and the "boundary layer" technology, which was strictly aerodyne technology, of Prandtl and later Coanda, was also declassified early on, showing that it had nothing whatsoever to do with REAL flying disc technology. The secret agencies have declassified NOTHING relating to true, electro-propulsive flying ship technology, including any historical origins, theories, or related developments which might lead investigators to the real technology. I was able to piece the technology together during over 50 years of research, during which I saw electro-propulsive flying saucers up close (300' maximum distance), in broad daylight, with many witnesses. I was able to discover Tesla's secret primarily by reference to papers published prior to 1900, supplanted by remarks and tidbits leaked through news paper, book, archive and magazine material since then. I combined this with numerous information gleaned from numerous personal contacts and experiences to come up with the complete picture. I have pieced together the major substance of Tesla's Dynamic Theory of Gravity, which was completed by Tesla in 1893-94, which was never published by him, and which is still classified by the U.S. government, because in the theory lies the secrets of the electro-propulsive technology.

The persons Lusar named, such as Miethe, Schriever, etc., etc., were primarily aerodyne DESIGNERS, not inventors of the technology. This was particularly true of the Italian, Belluzo.  The aerodyne projects (based on aerodynamics and jet-propulsion, or in the case of Habermohl's Flügelrad, heliocopter technology combined with rotating jet-propulsion pods) were for misinformational purposes, because the Germans had already acquired the far superior electro-propulsive technology of Nikola Tesla, as early as 1934 insofar as I have been able to determine, and tested the technology at Los Alamos, New Mexico, in a secret project called "p2", between 1936-38, under the direction of Wernher von Braun, who had come to New Mexico on the invitation of the American Rocket Society, the Smithsonian, and the Simon and Florence Guggenheim foundations, to work with Dr. Robert Goddard, at his laboratory at Mescalero, New Mexico, with a test range at Eden Valley. Tesla apparently agreed to work in the German project, after he had offered the technology to the U.S. government on several occasions, and was treated like a lunatic. He was led into the project under the idea that it was "for peace" and "all mankind".

In late 1945, General George Patton made a deep penetration beyond Russian lines to Peenemünde, to retrieve or destroy all the electric disc technology, rocket technology, and related technology, so the Russians wouldn't get it---at least from that source---and among the things found by Patton, was 200 celestial guidance systems for German flying discs, which were stored deep underground in a salt cave. Patton was ordered to destroy the systems, which really made him mad, but he didn't know that our intelligence and the corporations already had all the duplicate files on these weapons and developments. The Germans had around two large stashes of these files, and we got them both. This trip by Patton---in which saucer-hunting intelligence officers posed as tank commanders---has now been completely purged from all war histories available to the public, and the entire incident classified, although I read about it in 1957, and discussed it with my co-workers in Air Force Intelligence. In 1979, as detailed in my book, PENTAGON ALIENS (1999) (the third edition of Space Aliens From the Pentagon), I acquired a Peiltochterkompass ("polar slave compass), which was brought to Sandia Base, New Mexico, with some of the electro-propulsive German saucers after the war. This device is one-half of one of the celestial (inertial) guidance systems which Patton found in the Peenemünde salt cave.

I was personal friends with a rocket pioneer, Peter van Dresser, who was angry about Goddard's sharing of his rocket technology with von Braun, and considered him a traitor. Van Dresser's technology antedates that of von Braun and Goddard. His solid-fueled rockets outperformed all theirs until the liquid fuel technology was finally improved by Goddard and later by von Braun at Peenemünde. Van Dresser also knew of the early project which von Braun participated in at Los Alamos, which I later unearthed physical evidence of. The fact that von Braun was in New Mexico after Hitler and Himmler had commissioned him and promoted him to project leader at Peenemünde, and the chief professor of all rocket research in the Third Reich, has been carefully hidden from the American people and the world, because of the embarrassing truth, that Goddard's technology (and van Dresser's mathematical formula, called "Van Dresser's Constant") were used to fire thousands of rockets into Belgium and England. The reported performance characteristics are mere hearsay. Meanwhile, at Peenemünde, where the  REAL "flying disc" project was being carried out, in addition to special projects nearby, Wernher von Braun and associates were building and testing ships which were exclusively electrically propelled, based on technology developed and tested by Nikola Tesla in 1894, et. seq.

The ironic thing in all of this is that the greatest rocket genius the Germans had, Willi Ley, was the original invitee to work with Goddard (and to conduct the secret p2 project), but Ley realized already (in 1934) that there was going to be a war, and he didn't want to be on the wrong side. Ley was also Germany's greatest microwave expert, something which made him ideal for the work on the discs. He defected, took out American citizenship papers in 1937, and married a Russian ballerina in New York City, named Olga Feldman. He then worked as a science writer until 1944, when the U.S. government finally hired him under the auspices of the Burke Aircraft Corporation in Georgia, which then took up residence at College Park, Md., to begin the first American electro-propulsive flying disc project, which had come to the government's attention due to allied encounters with the electro-propulsive discs over Germany. After Ley was lost by Germany, Dr. Heinz Fischer became the head microwave expert. Fischer was later employed at Wright-Patterson A.F.B., working on electro-propulsive American versions of the German discs after the war.  

I personally viewed the gun-camera film taken of the small, manned, German electro-propulsive ships which were encountered in the night time B-17 G bombing raids over the ball bearing factories at Schweinfurt (around 1943 or 1944). The reel of film I viewed was the original film taken by some of my co-workers, since my intelligence outfit was the original 8th A.F. group which was in charge of the intelligence in those raids. Some of my co-workers rode as observers and some manned cameras, as the gun-crews tried in vain to shoot the "foo-fighters", which travelled in spirals around the bombers, at speeds well over 1,000 mph. It was clear that the ships were electro-propulsive, because of the profuse corona discharges, while the windshields through which the pilots could be seen, glinted in the sparkling light produced by the corona.

The aerodyne technology is now being used to conceal the electro-propulsive technology, just as the Nazis used it during the war. Lusar was under the control of the post-war censors at the time he published his books, and couldn't have revealed the true technology even if he'd known about it.

I hope this information is useful in understanding that the technology is not aerodynamic. The saucer I saw in 1953, performed two absolutely square turns at over 200 mph and accelerated to perhaps 25,000 mph in three seconds, on a bee-line for Ft. Bliss, Texas, where von Braun was brought in 1945, as the new chief of U.S. Army ordnance. The Peenemünde project was under ordnance, and they considered the flying saucer as ordnance.

The secrecy of this technology benefits the old-money oligarchs who control the economy and politics of the world, is a detriment to mankind, and even Edward Teller agrees with me on this issue.

ARE UFOs CREATED BY HUMANS? By Richard Vizzutti I'm sure that you have read about a scientist named Nikola Tesla. It was his work in science that had brought about modern day UFOs. He and Viktor Schauberger were the superstars of this new flying disc technology. In WWll, the Nazi's had relied heavily on Tesla's research to create what bomber pilots called "Foo Fighters," or "Kraut Balls." When trying to bomb the Rhine land, these glowing objects would fly right up to the bombers at incredible speeds never seen before or imagined. These Foo Fighters had an ability to screw up their radar so that the American pilots would have to call off the mission. After they were out of the area, the "balls of coloured lights" would suddenly take off on their merry way. This is all well documented and there are even some photos that exist today. The following is from an article called UFOs Alien or Man Made written by Al Pinto. Maybe these craft are some secret government project. There is a lot of evidence indicating this which dates back to WWII. There is a report by Marshall Yarrow, then the Reuters special correspondent to Supreme H.Q. in liberated Paris. This article was published in the South Wales Argus on December 13, 1944. It stated: The Germans have produced a 'secret' weapon in keeping with the Christmas season. The new device, which is apparently an air defence weapon, and resembles the glass balls that adorn Christmas trees. They have been seen hanging in the air over German territory,sometimes singly, sometimes in clusters. They are coloured silver and are apparently transparent. Another article regarding the German's secret craft was released by the Associated Press in the New York Herald Tribune dated January 2, 1945. It said: Now, it seems, the Nazis have thrown something new into the night skies over Germany. It is the weird, mysterious 'Foo Fighter' balls which race alongside the wings of fighters flying intruder missions over Germany. Pilots have been encountering this eerie weapon for more than a month in their night flights. No one apparently knows what this sky weapon is. The balls of fire appear suddenly and accompany the planes for miles. They seem to be radio controlled from the ground, so official intelligence reports reveal... So why didn't the Nazi's win the war with the new Foo Fighter technology? Well just like the German V-2 Rockets and the new Nazi jets, time had run out. The allies were moving in and the war was being end. Hitler pleaded with the German people to hang on for just two more months so that he release a new technology of "super weapons." Well as you know, time did in fact run out. When the allies moved in they began to plunder all the new super technology. America began to be the benefactors of this new technology when the war ended in 1945. Two years later in 1947, Kenneth Arnold a pilot sees high speed flying discs. He said they moved like a saucer skipping on water thus the age of "Flying Saucers" was born. One scientist responsible for the Nazi flying saucers was Viktor Schauberger. With Tesla's work in hand he began to create new and different designs. After the Soviets had taken what the Americans had left behind in Schauberger's apartment in Leonstein, the Soviets then bombed his apartment. After this there was a rumour that Schauberger had gone on to work on a top secret project for the U.S. Government in Texas. In the early Fifties science was suddenly geared into "anti-gravity" research. Many experiments with flying discs were taking place. Some results were being talked about in science magazines and news papers. Then suddenly in the late 50's the hammer of silence fell. All grant money was being cut off and the media instantly became mute on the subject of this new technology that now had to go underground. It even got to a point where a large number of scientists were falling victim to strange accidents. Schauberger himself had died of ill health. On his deathbed he declared that, "They took everything from me. Everything. I don't even own myself. “When flying saucers had been photographed during flaps, upon seeing them, Schauberger had made it clear that someone out there was using his designs. In 1947 when Kenneth Arnold spotted the UFOs, the air force was placed on red alert and quickly dispatched. The reason given was that the American government thought it was a new attack by the Nazis and their Foo Fighters. Photographs and blueprints of Nazi discs now started to appear. In one photo, the German cross can be clearly seen. In another you can see a German tank cannon attached to the underside of the craft. Before the hammer of media silence fell, A Canadian news paper, the Toronto Star, (February 11. 1953) began to report on the new technology being produced by Avro a Canadian company. The paper had revealed that Avro was working on a "Flying Saucer" that could "climb straight up in the air." (This is not to be confused with the Avro Car which was shaped liked a flying saucer." The source of information for this eye opening article was C.D. Howe Minister of defence production. By April 21st 1953, The Toronto Star had stated that Field Marshall Montgomery had witnessed a demonstration of the new Avro Flying Saucer and declared the demonstration as being "fantastic." Again on Movember 1st 1955, the Star had another article that had stated, "A mock-up of the Canadian flying saucer.
