this is not a conspiracy involving only American liberties, but rather it is a movement designed to bring the entire world under dominion of one government. In it there are sincerely deceived men and women being used, persuaded because they feel this is mankind's last best effort to save us from destruction. These people are not stupid. They know, just as we know, that mankind now possesses ultimate weapons. And they know from mankind's record of history for 6,000 years that every time mankind has gotten a weapon, eventually that weapon has been used to suppress the liberties of other people and to grab power for the self. So they (these sincerely deceived people) feel that they are in a race against time and human nature, and they feel that mankind's last best effort is to have a government, a supranational government, that is able to exercise control over all nations.
