Just like foreign aid, the test for illegal immigrants as to whether they could possibly be refugees should be:
1. does the country of origin have our troops in it?
If so, they're safe in their own country and can stay there
2. does the country of origin have a space programme?
If so, it's advanced enough to waste money on that, it can spend money on its own people for a change
3. is there a country next door where they can flee, ie actually behave like a real refugee?
If so what the f are they doing slithering into our country?
Carpetbagging savages should be sent back where they came from. We're full. We like open spaces and civilised culture, we don't need someone else's trash.
