I saw this Being during an abduction the same night as The Stephenville Sightings in Texas. The trajectory of the sightings, which various witnesses reported, took the crafts right over the city I was living in at the time. I suspect this Being is a Hybrid Being and that his 'redundant' eyes may be either a genetic mutation or perhaps were created after a surgical procedure* to make his eyes appear more human.
