A 21-year-old man has been charged with murder and remanded in custody following the death of a teenager at a party on Saturday night.
Charles Greene from Woodridge has been charged with murder, dangerous operation of a motor vehicle and callous disregard.
He was represented by duty lawyer Lex Weddell during a mention in Beenleigh Magistrates Court this morning before Magistrate Trevor Morgan.
He is now due to appear via video link in the Beenleigh Magistrates Court on January 21, when a full brief of evidence is due to be presented.
Greene has been charged over the death of 17-year-old Jordan Matehaere Tukaki after a brawl broke out at a party in Woodridge.
