To this day I can't understand why a congealed lump of entities who collectively call themselves NON-governmental expect the GOVERNMENT of which they are NON- to pay for them.
A slippery oily fellow complete with hair combed by fork was on ALPBC TASS this morning, admitting even to his fellow travellers that the money would be made up by funding from other sources.
Now I am all intrigued by who or what those other sources might be...
