OWAC (One Woman Activist Collective)

Family:
OWAC is a transgenic construct and therefore has no family. She is estranged from the scientists who created her.
Background:
The secret organisation P.R.O.T.E.S.T. required a new agent to carry out public demonstrations and lead QK/QUEEN style controlled opposition operations to entrap other, genuine, dissidents.
With existing controlled opposition not able to muster sufficient operational capability the scientists at P.R.O.T.E.S.T. created an artificial life form in the shape of a conventional hippie female, albeit possessing an energy/mass exchange super power - the ability to create tulpa up to a limit of twelve duplicates of her own form.
Due to the nature of tulpa and their unstable personalities, the more tulpa OWAC creates the more esoteric the expressions of her base nature each tulpa reflect. For example created four tulpa results in a team of five protestors, each of which is uncleanly, violent, loud and destructive. If however as many as twelve tulpa are manifested, at least three or four of them at any one time will be basically inactive, hiding under any available tarpaulin, self medicating into an even more unproductive stupour, or simply sitting somewhere listlessly. OWAC finds such duplicates unsatisfactory, although PROTEST finds such disfunctional entities perfect for their real agenda.
Known Power and Abilities:
Stench
OWAC has a stench able to stun or incapacitate any oxygen breathing life form within ten metres. This power is permanently on. All tulpa of OWAC have the same power and the presence of more than one OWAC only heightens the effect.
Shouting (Asognostic Power)
OWAC has an asognostic power (a power she believes is real but is not in fact real) which is that anything she shouts or attempts to yell through an amplifying device such as a bullhorn exerts a persuasive or hypnotic effect on her listeners. In fact it's just really annoying.
Energy/Mass Exchange - Tulpa
OWAC has the ability to manifest up to twelve solid mass duplicates. They outwardly closely resemble her but inwardly have only the simplest biology. Their life form type cannot exist for longer than approximately a week before suffering irreversible internal damage due to the nonfunctioning state of their internal systems.
NOTE: like all tulpa, if OWAC's duplicates can kill and feed on living flesh, their monstrous forms can assimilate working systems from what they eat, at the cost of shifting to more closely resemble the donor victim life form.
